NAPA AUTO PARTS

Everything works as it should. Only 4 stars because it's setup like the website with the same flaws. Poor filter choices and slow, choppy servers when making selections or going back a page or the 2 big ones. The ability to select all choices on my vehicles options ONCE when adding it to garage would be nice. Don't ask me if I have a 4 door or 4x4 when looking for parts if I already took the time to add it to the garage.

Simple and easy to use. Makes looking up parts easy. My only complaint is that they took away the ability to search by "interchange", look something up by part number and get equivalent parts under a different number. The "interchange" made looking up bearings and belts extremely easy and I wish the feature was still there.

JUNK APP! Every time it launches there's an Application Error! The inability to retain part number information when you check availability at other stores is frustrating and you have to keep switching back and forth between pages! This stupid app also keeps refreshing itself and doesn't allow undisturbed viewing. Then if you delete shopping cart items you can't pick up where you left off and have to reenter from the app's Home Page!

This app is really nice and easy to use... but when I ever I purchase something for store pickup, it's not in stock and typically not available. I would think this app would have a way to connect to the stores inventory. I've wasted a few trips because of this. The employees at both stores in my town tell me not to trust the app. It is convenient to look up part numbers but that is about it. It's too bad and needs some work

Results are slow loading, site should have some indication that a search is in progress, so the customer does not press "go" a second time there by slowing the search even further. There is no indication of the number of items are available in the store you are shopping. I have completed my pickup in-store order numerous times only to have the store call me to tell me that all the products were not available. The results of the searches are accurate and the prices are good.

Annoying. Uninstalled. App always sends text messages for Napa promotions that don't even exist or that are not even in stock. Some real geniuses running this app. Refuse to do business with a company with so little regard for customers time. Especially when there are NUMEROUS, cheaper, better, faster, options. Have a local NAPA that rocks. This app doesn't. AVOID!

I have used the app for the last 2 years with no problem. Recently it has started to request verification due to suspicious activity. I buy parts for 10 plus vehicles and its becoming frustrating , do you guys want me to buy parts or not. It would be nice if vehicles could be saved and see parts purchase history pertaining to each vehicle. P.S The more user friendly and feature fill the app becomes the more money i could spend in your stores

It doesn't work at all. You get the napa logo and then just a black screen. I end up having to search in my browser, which works just fine, but my rating is for the app. Obviously, your software engineering team either doesn't care or they aren't competent. This has been an issue for over a year.

Constantly gives me problems in opening the app. Half the time it doesn't load the app and crashes and when it does work it's very slow and one wrong move it'll give you an error. This app has tons of problems it's barely usable.

First, I really like napa auto parts but the app is terrible. Real jumpy back and forth when searching for parts. Hard to find what I'm looking for and just takes too long to make a parts estimate. Part brand and warranty not shown. Needs some work. Sorry napa. I'll just call.

Really a terrible app. Their server is slow. The search engine doesn't bring back relevant results. After adding items to the cart, the cart doesn't suggest relevant items. For instance, if you're doing brakes, it doesn't suggest brakkleen chemical. Rebate listed on opening page can't be found anywhere on app so that you can apply. And lastly, the vehicle options are incomplete. Such as for my Toyota Tacoma it does not list the SR5 model or S Runner

This app used to be really good. For the last 3 months it hasn't worked at all on my Galaxy Note 10+. It will not connect to the Napa website and shows a connection error message. This needs to be fixed!

They have meshed non vehicles specific items with v/sp items causing constant problems selecting items. The app is really hard to navigate through and it gives me false info on the selected vehicle I am looking up parts on. It becomes extremely confusing when trying to order parts at the napa store. The older versions were much smoother.

One of the worst apps ever. If it does open (and good luck with that happening consistently) it's so slow and glitchy to the point of frustration. I dispise even trying to open it let alone use it but it's a necessity for me. Ugh.

This app and online site are terrible. They advertise a sale and the item even lists that the item is eligible but when you enter the code in the cart it doesn't discount the item. For instance, the latest sale is 20% off of brakes and much more. I chose 2 rotors and an oxygen sensor. The oxygen sensor was discounted by 20% but the rotors were not. I had this problem before.

The pages look allot better than how it function. It didn't notify you with any confirmation of touching something. Maybe a page will load out of the blue as you've grazed something. Sometimes pages don't load the menu then nothing happens no matter how many times touched. Flakey.

It is just a browser running their mobile website. It doesn't let you know if the next page is loading. So you might click a link several times think that it didn't respond then suddenly... It loaded! Also, if you put this app in the background to open another app it reverts back to the home screen loosing you last page. You would be better off viewing their mobile website via your native browser.

It was fine, geo located my store immediately. Pretty clear descriptions. Problem occurred when I tried to remove something from my cart and it went into constant cycle. Got out of the app, went back and it locked up to a gray screen. Had to uninstall it. Not going to reinstall.

The search engine for the parts is very fast. The description of the parts and application for the parts is detailed better than some of the other car part apps. Putting in your vehicle(s) to work with their system is easy and only has a few steps.

I love NAPA parts. Your stores are great. The in person customer service is excellent. This app is very frustrating. I have been trying to create an account and link an existing rewards account. I don't know if it's the app or the way the rewards account is set up.

Extremely easy to use application. As a former Napa parts professional the app is somewhat better than the store app that they use. But as far as vehicles are concerned the app asks the same question that a parts professional would ask. Those who have difficulties with stores inventory? Not the fault of the app it's due to the store not updating their inventory. The app is only as good as the information fed into it. Inventory may not be accurate at the stores computer.

The main reason for this bad app score is that I really don't appreciate having to pass the (how many ? are in the square's) security prompt each damn time I open the app. Hell, even my financial apps don't add that extra grief layer. I deleted it and added a different local parts seller.

Frequently has O.E. replacement parts others do not carry and always let's you know if it can be obtained locally or has to be mailed. Plus they get very specific with vehicles trim to identify the exact part you need when it comes to parts related to what trim level your vehicle has for that year. Napa has things others would make Me have to go to pull and save to obtain. There in house brands are high quality and reliable with a great warranty in the rare case something malfunctions.

Filter and sorting are terrible. I was researching air compressors and was unable to select simple ranges for specs like tank size and horsepower. And I couldn't sort search results by price. It may work better for searching car parts, which I wasn't doing.

Installed, did a parts search, got an error that "something went wrong." There was no back button or home button or menu. Reopening the app didn't help, reinstalling didn't help. It was just stuck. I like my local Napa store but I'd hoped the app would make it more convenient. . .meh.

I have had problems with the app glitching and closing on two different phones. Yeah it works but not great. And they will ask every page change for a review so that gets old fast.

Good app, a little slow but does the job. It routes the order to the store quickly, got a call from the store in a matter of minutes to confirm order and substitute another product for faster pickup. Will use again, saves time waiting in line at the store!

Easy to use. App can store a list of your vehicles to make it simple to find the exact part you need. Can't rate the ordering or shipping abities, because I use it as a look-up tool and then stop by my local store.
