Normally, I love this app. I can search the catalog, place items on hold, review my current account activity, renew, etc. I can even renew my account and scan my ID. And I love the self-checkout feature to scan barcodes directly from my phone. However, this app does not work with the latest Android 12 update. Please update and fix the app!
Not bad but could be better. Outdated look and functionality.
Generally ok except when they limit the number of titles you can recommend and remove your favorites from the available list.
Very helpful staff that runs so smoothly. I always get quality books and DVDs in superior quality.
It was working fine until the latest version update. It seems to be incompatible with Android 12

Very thorough app, covers all the bases, and keeps me organized with my books, dvd's and cd's... very well thought out, and lots of places to explore. Creatively done!
Even though there are lot new features, I do not like the fact that I cannot access the catalog from the app. It opens a browser to look up the catalog. The digital card and self checkout are great features though.

Doesn't have enough features. I was hoping to be able to use the app to do anything I could do on the website, but as it is, it's basically just the account management part of the website. If the app would A. Be updated to have a UI that doesn't look like it's from the early 2000's internet, and B. had even basic features like being able to search the catalog in the app... It would 100% be worthy of four or five stars. As it stands though... The website is a better app than the official app.
