Napoleon ACCU-PROBE™ Bluetooth® Thermometer

The Napoleon ACCU-PROBE™ Bluetooth® Thermometer allows you to program your type of meat, target temperature, and cooking time either on the touch-key display unit or using your smart device with the Napoleon App. When your food is cooked to perfection, the thermometer will alert you on your smart device.

A digital thermometer will also help reduce the chance of dried, overcooked meat. You do not need to wait by the grill to monitor the cooking status. This saves you time and leaves you free to attend to your guests. Download the Napoleon ACCU-PROBE™App and enjoy smart cooking!

I've been waiting for this update desperately for some time but have to be disappointed again. Reason: Not connecting to neither the Samsung Galaxy S20+ nor the Samsung Galaxy Note Note 20 Ultra. Bad connectivity had been the issue with previous versions as well. The phons see the unit but the app does not see the either phones. And... oh yes, I know how to connect and no, I don't have any BT issues with any other device. Everything else comes after connectivity dear Programmers. Zero stars. :-(

Got this for Father's day 2 years ago, worked for a while then the app failed to start. They have really improved the app, in appearance and most importantly, it works and works well.

The sensor says it's paired in bluetooth settings, but the app doesn't show the sensor. useless waste of time. It worked when I first got it, but didn't really see the point of have the sensors monitored via bluetooth. I prefer to see how the BBQ is doing. The temperature sensors still works fine and that's the important thing.

Horrible connectivity. Need to constantly reset connection if I move out of range in the kitchen. Useless temperature control, waste of money.

When I first bought this a year ago with my Napoleon BBQ it worked one time. I have tried over and over to use it again. I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled it again, changed the batteries and still nothing. This is Junk. To bad cause this could be a great product since my BBQ is Amazing. Will be buying another system soon.

This app has terrible connection with the thermometer and regularly crashes. It was mediocre when it first came out but it had become unusable as the app crashes or the thermometer will disconnect from the the phone. For how much it costs there are much better Bluetooth thermometers out there.

The Bluetooth readouts on my phone is great and the probe itself is good. The app is pretty trash, tho. You can't set a customized temp without the app Grey screening. Would love to see more development of this app.

Recent updates added some new graphics which are nice, but the chart functionality is ruined. Who cares about the last 20-30 minutes for duration. Bring back the chart from the beginning of the cook until the end. I can't stop my unit from beeping if it's over target temp. What's the point of including max temp then?

Worst 150 bucks i have spent. I had it for 2 years. You would think they would update the app/firmware so you can at least open the app. Epic fail for an app because the app crashes when you connect to the probe. Setting the temp crashes the app. Leaving the app crashes the app. Crashing the app crashes the app. How is that a thing? When the app crashes you get stuck in a loop of trying to force the app to close.

New look same... Uselessness Would love if the live graph extrapolated out to when the items may be done. Who cares about the past info. Let me merge probe info on the same graph.no one wants to flip back and forth while they're doing what's important... Cooking.

Cool idea, easy to use, but this app accounted for 83% - 87% of my battery usage (Google Pixel 2 XL). Significantly shorter battery life after installing the app. I couldn't get it to stop using so much power so I just uninstalled it and am back to a normal 2-3 day battery life.

The app keeps disconnecting and at times won't recognize the thermometer. When it was connected it worked well but the constant disconnecting is frustrating.

Unneccessary permissions. Keeps running in the background whether you like it or not. Now I install it when needed and uninstall as soon as I'm done cooking. Looking for better alternatives.

Like the app except it keeps running in the background and have to do a forced shutdown. Don't use it that often that it has to keep running.

crashes when trying to pair... pretty much useless... seems to be the consensus of most of these reviews. it would not work a few months ago and still won't. I'm surprised they haven't fixed it yet.

worked fine last year. Does not work anymore. Have uninstalled and reinstalled a few times. Being a proud Napoleon grill owner, am disappointed with the tech. I would expect better from Napoleon.

Very acurate, poor bluetooth connection, average app. It does bother me a lot that the app requests so many permissions.... why can't i refuse them? Why is a gps signal mandatory for using a thermometer? Please update this!

Crashes all the time on my Pixel 3 XL. Have you tested on Android Pie? It used to work perfectly on my galaxy note 8...
