This app is a liability.It has consumed a lot of my time and money or bundles, always telling me something went wrong. It cannot be restarted once you get out of it.
This app was working in last few months but after the update..it is no longer working on my phone . Three stars
Very useless application, just failing to applaud the ID picture despite meeting the specifications as stated, dont download it, waste of data, what a waste of time too
Fantastic app. You can check ✔️ your contributions and benefits using your phone no need to go to the their offices.
If I was asked for the definition of HELL I would just say NAPSA APP. Very useless application, it's a time & data bundle waster.

Great app to keep abreast with NAPSA contributions. Also provides seamless functionality for paying contributions for my domestic workers.
The app isn't working just delete it from play store please people don't down it you are just westing your time

This app is always saying "something went wrong." What should I do? IAM failing to attach my account, on my itel A33 phone.
It always say "something went wrong, please try again now or later" therefore i can not get started so am tired of it
The app is useless. Signin failure, incorrect mobile number or pin.

Setup code takes ages to come Once you start and enter new pin, it gives an error

Great idea but looks like nothing is working. I have been trying to get a validation key but to no avail. I can't receive the code cos it keeps saying true again later. I'm so disappointed.
