NASA TLX - Task Load Index
This application allows you to go paperless on measuring task workload using NASA Task Load Index method. The results are stored in Comma Separated Values (CSV) format easily readable by wide range of software including popular spreadsheets.
The application allows both importing tasks descriptions from a file and on device editing (with compatible text editor). The CSV export can be customized to better suit your needs.

The best part of the NASA TLX is how simple it is to understand. No bells or whistles. This app does that perfectly. Just translates the measure into an app. Well done.
With a little fumbling around for the text editing for task (make sure you have a proper txt reader as for some reason the Microsoft word can't edit it) it works quite nicely. I could see it being used pretty well in an academic setting with each participant having thier own folder. I also appreciate the developer responding and making changes based on feedback.
