The app is mostly fine for me. I use an Android phone (with Android 11) and I don't have any huge issues luckily. I would like to see the camera flash come on (or the option to turn it on) when taking a picture of checks for deposit though. It's literally impossible to get a clear shot with the shadows you cast hovering over it. That's my only current request!
This is a great app! It's easy to use, easy to access and quick to use. The only thing missing is a confirmation number.
It does it's job pretty well. Deposits checks without too much fuss.

Mobile deposit does not work on Android phones. It's been literally years and years now that I've had this issue, on multiple different Android devices. I've contacted CS about their garbage app and they pretend it's my device. It's not, because it happened to a two different Samsung phones and a One Plus. The checks easily deposit using my wife's iPhone, but that's a hassle I shouldn't have to deal with. This is something every other bank in America has had working for a decade, step it up NASB
App opens sometimes. Then you have to have pass key sent to your phone. That works sometimes. So you don't get to use the automated service when you want. Which is frustrating.
I love this bank! The people at the Platte branch are amazing! However, the app does not allow me to log in, I put in my password and it attempts to load but it does not. I then have to go on line to check my acct. When you're in a hurry it is a bit frustrating.
I like the updated app. There seems to be more features that had been lacking previously. The only thing I wish I could see is the running totals on the ledger. All you can see are the transactions and total balance. I want to also see the running totals.
Update 12/9/19: I have an android and the permissions allowed for this app had been reset to off so it wouldn't allow a picture to be taken of the check. If you can't take a pic, check and make sure your permissions are on. :) Unable to take a picture of checks needing deposited. Looks like in reviews Im not the only one and this issue was happening a month ago and it's still not fixed. When can this be fixed ?
doesnt show account info details like loan interest rate, account numbers, etc. Login process is buggy (keeps passing focus to other apps). Not very useful and you get a warning avout it being built for a previous version of Android.
I love this app and Love this bank! I think I liked the old version better, but I don't have any problems. Thank u NASB for being great and easy to work with and for really seeming to care about your customers which is hard to find in a bank!!
Too glitchy, glitch at the log in and won't log in. Have to repeat steps over sometimes on something simple. Love t his Bank but this should be a no-brainer. Needs a major fix!
Constantly crashes. Slow and clunky. Most of the time I can't even get past the login screen because it won't load!
I liked how the old version showed the balance after each transaction. I don't care for the date now being a blue bar running across the page.
I have an Android phone and had difficulty getting it to open after I entered my password. After I got quite a bit of technical help we got it to work. When it does work it works great.
I have been trying to log on to this app for days. I've had a check here that needed deposited but have not been able to do so until today. I shouldn't have to attempt again and again over many days to be able to make a simple deposit.
Fairly OK to use. At first I had trouble getting it work correctly. Nice person in customer service was very helpful getting me setup.
Weeks later. Same results. Clearly the app is broken with up-to-date Android OS. PLEASE FIX.
Looking at all the reviews, I see this app is still horrible. For a year now, when you try to use the app, it just spins. If this is not getting corrected soon, maybe it is time for a new bank.
This app is easy to work with, doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out and I love my bank. I've never had a bad experience with them. Everyone is very professional, kind, and courteous.

Can't login most of the time! Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Doesn't seem to be working.
The more you 'modify' the app, the less I like it. My phone is NOT a big fancy computer. The fast balance app NEVER worked. And you are acting more and more like bank of america who was so bad I left them.
I tried 4-5 times take a photo of the check and it kept reading use dark surface which it is on. Then it read Can't find endorsement. Then it read all 4 corners need to be inside of the green box. Definitely not worth the hassle so keep your 5 dollars nasb.
Go back to the old platform, it was so much easier to read and navigate. This new platform has too much stuff around everything, it's too busy. Plain and simple is better.
4/4/21) Getting better, or maybe just simply learning to use the updated version. One more star, 2+1 = 3. 4/16/21) Seems to be working smoothly, for now. Can't wait for next update and start learning all over again. 5/16/21) Was getting better. Someone keeps jacking with the format. Set the format up and leave it alone so we can learn how to use it. 5/21/21. ***NASB has been progressively increaseing NICKLE & DIME CHARGES. I HAVE CEASED DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH NASB. 5/10/22
