Promised discount for downloading the app wouldn't work. Then another discount advertised on the cart page wouldn't work. Link to the dress I needed wouldn't work when I tried it direct to the app, so I had to search it 3 times to find the dress and then let it allow me to add it to the cart. The dress better be better than the website and app. For $12 shipping that takes 2 weeks to get to me, and no free returns, I'm nervous. Only buying because it's a bridesmaid's dress...

This app works pretty well a little slow sometimes but not bad at all this place has cute clothes and constant sales and deals! if I had anything that might be an approvement would be to add a recommendation section after clicking on a piece of clothing that's liked by the costumer instead of just looking at what was last viewed. It would be nice to see similar articles of clothing.

Good app, a little slow to load and I'm not a huge fan of the set up of the 'crushes' section, which is especially slow. Have a lot of trouble ordering off the app for some reason and it is very frustrating, because there seems to be discounts exclusive to the app and what good is downloading the app if I'm not getting to use the benefits of it?

I absolutely adore your brand but your app has been glitching A LOT; it wasn't letting me make any payments for the last 3 days and it finally worked just now after trying all day since I woke up. the app is up to date. lets hope it's fixable !

The app has a bunch of useful search functions and queries, but suffers from bugs and dosn't give all applicable discounts overcharging you. (both 10% discount and free shipping over 80$ wasn't registering appside)

Android - my basket won't let me delete items out of it. I click delete and they stay there.. :( so i can't check out as there's lots of items I want to remove first. Have deleted and redownloaded but no luck.

Cart is in stuck mode. Cannot delete or change anything. I use to be able to shop and take out what I didn't want. Now it's in stuck mode. Please fix. Thank you.

I cannot remove items from my bag on the app. So frustrating! I will miss the sale because of this. Might just uninstall the app altogether.

I like the app in general but it won't let me delete any items from my basket, I can't go through with any purchases until it's resolved

The app keeps showing there is a"problem" whenever I click on hyperlink that is offered on the app. This happened when I clicked on a hyperlink to find out how to become a NGVIP. Also the app is different than the actual site. I was able to enter a code for 10% off on the app but not in the site. I tried uninstalling the app and re-installing to no avail. Same problem

Have never had a problem with the website before now. It won't let me remove items from my basket, so I can't buy the items I want

The app is totally glitched. I cannot remove clothes that I added to cart, it calculating discounts wrong

I dont usually leave reviews cause I dont really care to lol but hopefully the creator will see or idk. Love nasty gal, hate how slow the app. Also whats with the back function? Ex: lets says i click on an item and then want to return to the point I was previously the app will throw you a few rows back up from the item you choose to view. So lame! Actually update the features in the app please!! Like the wishlist feature could be so much better id like to organize my items. Thanks bye 👋

the wishlist it's too slow and always show ítems that not available anymore and ita a headache to remove it

Awful either doesn't know your voice delivery off or discount code. Cant have both.

I get fed up shopping on this app as whenever I look at an item or add it to basket, as soon as I go back to keep scrolling it takes me right back to the top again! It's so frustrating having to continously scroll down to where you left off, especially if I've browsed a lot of items. Most of the time I just give up & don't bother buying anything because I'm annoyed. There is another, similar shopping app that has the same problem.

Nasty Gal store I highly recommend... But the App.. It works. Its usable. It can do the job it's meant for. It's easy to search. Easy to define your search. But... The app loads but kicks me off every few minutes. It also goes back to start of what you have been scrolling through when you click to view item then click the back arrow. It is frustrating! I cannot view items of previous orders. On occasion it goes extremely slow and will not load up other pictures of products to view.

IT WORKS FOR US: Its works so well and the clothes are so good. If you are someone that thinks it doesnt ship to the US, it does. You just need to go to profile, tap/click on app settings, and then there is the option for country (store). Sadly doing so, you have to log out and make a new account but it's at least you can still use it and find cute clothes you want.

Bit on the pricey side but has a few choices that isn't all crop tops. I like that it leans more on the radical side 🧡 takes time to deliver.

If i could give this company 0 stars i would, iv been fighting with the help of clear pay to get my refund, even tho apparently they didnt send out 2 parcels with the same items. Refunded me for 1 but the 2nd parcel no luck in getting my money back for items iv not got as i told them both packages were the same, same order n.o etc but they say only sent 1 psckage but if thats the case why are you charging me sumit that you say i didnt have, its very annoying 😡😡😡 DO NOT BUY OFF THIS SITE

It's really hard to get to returns, there should be a "manage order" button or something. I had to email customer service. There's not alot of order information. It's just frustrating.

The site and app is completely busted lol. I tried to go to the website and it doesn't load anything, and the menus act really odd and don't use the drop down selection. It's like it's broken and no one ever fixed it. I tried the app to see if it was better and it won't even load the categories page. Needs a tune up VERY BAD LOL.

Bad UX, the app isn't user friendly. Takes so long to load things and is really buggy. If you guys would fix it I might actually be able to buy something 🤷‍♀️

offered me 'EXTRA20'....Tried 4 times to get it. Just wouldn't let me have it. it was promised to me if I downloaded the app....which I did. So I am very annoyed. I don't give my details out Willy nilly.....especially to liars !!!!

It would be nice/helpful if at the bottom of a product the app showed you similar items you might like instead of just things you've already looked at.

I do enjoy some items from this app but the rest seem very bland. I do plan on a second order from this app but my first order was a bad experience. Did not recieve any shipping updates and it took them absolutley forever to even send out my package. They tried to blame the shipping carrier but i feel like they just took forever to send out my package. Shoes were very nice! A little tight with the straps but overall comfy :) the shorts were extremly thin i cant wear them without a long tee.

On the website it said if you download the app you will receive an extra 20% off your purchase. Well needless to say when I put in the code for the app. it did not work. Why? I will be uninstalling.
