Decided to update their app. In the middle of the covid 19 shut down. Lobby is closed, drive thru is the only thing open. Then they decide to shut the app down for 3 days for upgrades. Not up again when promised, still can't use. You would think someone in management would maybe realize that interupting a service that is functionable at a time when you already on reduced services would cause inconvience to your customers. Could have been delayed until a more oppertune time.
easy access, font size is easy to read, easy to transfer between accounts
Easy to navigate. I do it had automatic picture taking when depositing checks like other bank apps
App won't open. Another reason to leave your bank behind along with all your ridiculous fees. Why fix what wasn't broken. I can't even submit this comment.
Cant figure out how to check on my savings account. Im only able to check on checking

In the middle of Covid, with limited hours, the app is shut down.... how long will it take to get up? Poor planning. App is still down and access to the bank is limited. At a time when life is stressful, you pile on more stress. This is the 2nd time that major changes have been made (remember the bank card fiasco) and the customer is put at a major disadvantage and unable to access their account.
