Edit 13, does not show so reservations made -specifically the one made under Enterprise. have to go into the website to see this also, still missing face unlock so app keeps requesting me to login, which is really a big hassle! worst is, even with the option set to stay logged in, it still looks me out. will change review once fixed!
Fails often, with incomprehensible errors such as "TPA details should only return one primary vehicle detail". I wasn't able to complete any operation through the app without an error. Useless
Needs to have an alert feature to let the shuttle know we are here for pickup. Waited considerable amount of time, no one answers phone and have seen other shuttles multiple times. Thank you.
Works fairly well... Not sure how to get to all the settings that are in the website and some of the menus can be better... Thank you for keeping it stable
Extremely fast, informative and easy to use! I can organize my rental and modify it easily and with confidence.
Works great most of the time, I did not give a 5 starts because although Enterprise and National are part of the same company their apps do not interface, so when you rent in one you don't get credit in the other one as a regular costumer. The other issue is that sometimes it's hard to modify or cancel the rental, not a big problem because costumer services is also good, you can call and fix it.
I travel extensively. National is my primary rental car agency. That being said, this app is very clunky. A major company like this should be able to do much better. Usually I will go to the computer or call them instead of trying to use the app. Quite often, the app will not even let you do basic things like making modifications to a reservation. It is only really good for me to look at to see if my assistant made a reservation or checking the reward level. They need to fire whomever they had doing it and start from scratch. It couldn't get any worse--
Easy to use. I prefer it to the computer or a phone call but I have to say, for other users that don't rent a car every week, it is not very intuitive to know the starting point, when it is a tiny car icon I'm the lower right corner. I wonder how many close the app and open the Avis app, because they can't quickly see where to begin.
Good layout, easy to use and provide all functionality of the desktop web site.
The app is better than most other rental companies. That said there is 2 bugs: - The price is shifted off by one in the list and shows a higher price than the actual price in the summary - The summary shows a "Discounts Applied" that is not actually applied. Instead it's just the subtotal of the taxes and other fees. Hope this helps
The app is great. However it should have the lost & found web link or something similar integrated because I did not find out until 2 weeks later that I needed to complete a report for lost items, and only because I spoke to an airport agent. So, integrating it into the app & making it easy to find would help customers with their lost item claims. Thanks!
I book for work which means I have to use a discount code foe reimbursement. I can't where to apply this code and usually have to call in for help which sometimes they can't enter in. This has cost me a few hundred in reimbursements.
Always the easiest park of traveling on business. The Emerald Isle express checkout process is great. Find your car, scan the baroda on vehicle and go. Super simple
It's a pathetic app and their support is also pathetic tried to add my international credit card but it did not add always gave stupid error and no one knows from support what to do to fix it...
Cancels Reservation When You Navigate to a Different App: When I went to my Delta app to get my flight number to enter into the reservation, it dropped the rental details and I had to start my reservation again - SO annoying! Also, app doesn't allow you to save debit cards for a payment method so I am probably going to have to go to the rental counter EVERY TIME I rent. I am trying to find a new rental car company to replace Hertz and this has not been a good initial experience. Pretty crappy.

They give the best customer service, greet with smile, very helpful. U can find all info about car rental on the app.

I don't understand why when you have a button on the app for extending my rental that I need to call customer service. Shouldn't I be able to extend the rental myself through the app?
Easy to navigate. Easy access to receipts. The app handles almost everything needed therefore no need to call customer service.
Very convenient, No lines , go straight to the car , and you get all the info need it on the app .
This app is very misleading if you book via PC profile. It won't bring up reservations without confirmation number and loses the reservation every time it's closed. It also told me that a reservation was pending and customer service must be called. No email was sent verifying this and it was patently false. Basically, if I had lost the email with confirmation number, I'd have no evidence that the reservation existed. No text, no email on the day of pickup etc.
Downloaded the app to check on my current trip to Colorado ... While the application shows the reservation when I click on it to modify it says this trip cannot be accessed on the mobile app please call customer service. I'd rate this is 0 to fall possible the point of a mobile app is that it actually works this one does not. It and marketing need to get their act together and deliver a product that actually serves customers versus irritates them. I'd rather they shut the app down.
