I have a password and access from a thumbprint. I don't want or need to send for a code to log in. I log in from the same device or same 2 devices every time. There must be a BALANCE between convenience and security.
The app looks great and I would be easy to use..... EXCEPT! It crashes any time you try to do anything or say unexpected error. I Had to uninstall and reinstall it to get it to log in again. If those issues got fixed this would be a 5 star app
Very easy to use. Has all the information in the same place. Simple buttons to request a loan against accumulated cash value on my IUL. I feel security aspect can be made simpler such as using fingerprint or facial recognition though
This app is well designed and easy to use. I can manage all the policies conveniently. The autopayment details can be edited any time. And I can pay additional premium as I want to get more cash value increase potential. Highly recommended.
I downloaded the app..I can't log into the app.. it keeps texting me anew code.. I'm continuously entering the code..I'm on code number 11..I'm done!!

""First time"" using this app. Downloaded the app, inputed the required info and tried to run the app 6~7 times. And ALL 6~7 times the app unfortunately stopped. Going to uninstall the app even ""before using the app"". Would give negative stars if i could.
The app quit working for me even with this update. It says experiencing technical difficulties **Update.. I understand the problem now. When I disconnect my VPN first the app works fine.
The app still crashes every time I try to log in. Just redownload again and still messes up. Have been told several times that it has been fixed.

Couldn't get into the app. Kept telling me my user name was wrong. Can't get in touch with them on the phone. They put you on hold. I've been trying for 3 days.
Easy to use and read
Was great before the update. Now it doesn't work. Says they are having technical difficulties....been that way for days now. UPDATED this weekend and the app is working again. Thanks!
Awesome app! it's been improving day by day! The amount of flexibility and access you have to your policy/policies is amazing!
I just love it...am able to control it...knowing that i don't have to stay on the phone for long period of time during this covid-19.
When I access to my policies, I clicked to view details, the app shut down. I tried three times, same results.

The app is wonderful and easy to use. I love that I can use my fingerprint to sign in. Anything that I need to do can be done on this app 😌
What's the point of having an app, if it's just a piece of decoration? I can't screenshot for security reasons. I can't send a message to contact them because there is an error. I can't contact the agent because that email doesn't exist. Today, the app functioned only to make me angry and to make me wonder if I should close my account with them even though it would be a great loss to me.
