Being National life insurance a company running on its 32nd years of operations, this app seems to be shameful for its reputation of more than three decades of operations. It has problem with simply login as well, neither there are abundant information about the changes and policies. Please upgrade the standards of this app. Investment done on it would surely enhance your business values I think else if good IT team can't be arranged to look for it then it's better not to launch it. Thanks
App crashes whenever I try to use Premium Calculator. Bug log displays its SQLite issue) Also I would like the keypad to dissappear automatically when I click next component (keypad keeps displaying unless I click the ok button, which is irritating)
This is simply a worthless app. It neither allows policy holder to login nor we can pay premium online. For all of my family member has policy in it but I have to go over the counter to pay just like an ancient era. I couldn't understand why this app is developed. Just to calculate premium?
Not good. System is not updated. Old version. Please update it on the basis of demand in the market.
Some function works offline, so it is most useful for those agents who are out of internet

It is very useful for the agents and policy holder. Epically for agents it help to maintain the stander and for correct calculation.
they don't remind you timely.... does not ve online payment....making us penalize for delay payment... pls at least give remind call as you have promised. unable to login....disgusting...

In my view this is the worst app in all the digital world where the client is always at a fix - completely lost and compelled to think why afterall he came here. You can find out nothing out of here. No renewal, no download of your policy. I think it will take about 1m years more for the company to go digital Just modify the app for online renewal payment
