Terrible app done by incompetent developers. It forces you to change the password every so often, and when you try to update, it provides an error message. When you try to reset the password, it again shows an error message. Basically I have to visit the bank to sort it out. Instead of forcing to reset the password, which results in terrible user experience, the developers should implement two factor authentication. It also fails to save the receipts as PDF even though there is a button for it.

App shows OTP will be sent via both SMS and Email. I was waiting to get the OTP via email many hours because I don't have access to my mobile. Tried many attemps too. Later I called the NTB customer support, they informed me OTP will be sent only via SMS. Then why the application shows both options to misleading the customer. This shouldn't be something difficult to fix. With this level of quality of service you can think of the level of other services provided by the bank. What a shame!

So far the app has been good. However it's extremely frustrating when we have to change the passwords every so often and you cant even put the last 3 passwords. So in total you have to remember 4 different passwords. Would love it if you incorporated a finger print scan feature or not have so many changes. Thanks, will increase star level if this is fixed.

This app is the most liked app among the bank apps. I loved it experiences. But I have few suggestions to improve userbility. - there's no way to mark all notifications as read. We have open each and every notification. - if there's a transfer or payment, mobile app doesn't support to get or print bill for that transaction confirmation. I thin it also necessary.

This app is more user friendly than any other banks' apps. However, I noticed that it doesn't allow to screenshot in side the app. I know it's for the safety, but really need to do a page where we can either screenshot our payment/transfer or to download it as a PDF. since when people use this as a mode of payment, they need the (solid) proof (apart from the email).

When it's compared to other banking apps, NTB is the best. The only problem i have with the app is it doesn't allow to take screen shots. So every time when i do a transaction to someone i have to take a scren shot of the mail i received and share it with others.

Doesn't save the PDF receipts even click the save option, I thought this is an issue with my device & done several troubleshoots as well, u guys are restricted to take screenshot even, I don't why the hell, since it is done by the user right, app developer should look in to these types of issues to rectified, since this a common issue, not the individual issue to escalate via mail separately Already emailed sent, before 2weeks & still you guys are asking to send a mail, what a funny..

To the developers: Can't open the app. It is stuck in an infinite loop for the splash screen background process. Need to clear the data or uninstall & reinstall in order to even get the login screen. This is a high priority issue. The bank might be loosing Rs. MILLIONS worth of transactions per day due to this bug. This has been around for more than a year now. You need to put a team and look into this matter immediately.

1. I can't save receipt. 2. Have to change password often and when you try to change it error message will appear. In a very difficult situation I couldn't transfer money because of this popping error. very disappointing 😞

It used to be a great app, one of the reason to be a customer at NTB, with the resent update it's causing frustration, when the password expired it asked to change my password according to the guidelines given, and I tried different passwords but it is not accepting the new password, one thing that I saw is the validation configured to check if two fields to record the new password are the same is not accurate enough, it fails to recognize the differences of the few characters

The app dosent open. I have to redownload the app every time I have to make a payment. Moreover I'd reccomend people keep their passwords saved somewhere cause there seems to be password issue. An utter waste of time and data. I'd leave feedback on the actual app and ui if I could ever actually use the app rather than waiting on a screen that says "nations trust" front and center. Extremely disappointed in 2021 a basic app can't even open after a single use. Feels like 2014

The ap does not accept password even after changing it. Seems that it's not that I have forgotten the password, but something wrong with the app. Called the customer center, first time kept holding for 3 minutes and some seconds but no answer. After a while called again, kept holding for 4 minutes and some seconds again no answer. Poor poor service. If a temporary problem is faced with the app,then a notice should b displayed saying temporarily out-of order without wasting customers time.

Until you fix the "save fund transfer receipt" option, i ll stay with one star. ***For this above comment i got a reply to contact and report to another number and email. This rate app feature is given by the google to you guys to fix the bugs in your app. im not workless to report the same issue in multiple ways. do your thing or i can take down my accounts with you.

App keeps loading. Cannot access my account. Now it is saying that I am locked out even when I entered the corrrect password. I don't have a debit card/passbook for this account. This is really annoying 🙎

I have a issue with this app. I am unable to save the receipt after the transaction. I have informed the same issue so many times & the issue still not sorted. We have to show the proof after some transactions. But, there is a issue with save the transaction receipt.

Used to be user friendly, now we have to change passwords as often as we make payments. Even then, in case we forget the damn password because we use biometrics to login as we do in the the modern world, we absolutely have to have a debit or credit card to use the forgot password option. The app has been rendered completely useless 😂 thanks NTB.

New update is great. Can you make the payee maintenance avatar image smaller? It's too big and you can't add a picture. Speaking of picture, why can't I upload a display picture instead of having to take one right now? I don't look fabulous all the time. Also when you type a message the app times out. Might want your QA gurus to have a look into it.

WORST BANKING APP EVER. Period. I tried installing the NTB banking app in one phone but the app failed to launch. When I did manage to get the app running in my other phone, it crashes by the end of the sign up. Extremely disappointed! Reading the other comments, I feel like contacting customer service won't do. I guess it's tkme that you do a full app debug.

I have been Using this app for a while and after the latest update, it doesn't work. I have to uninstall and install it over and over again, and even afterwards it works just once and then the screen lands on the loading page and nothing works afterwards. Extremely disappointed.

After the new update the app doesn't work properly. Whenever the time I open the app it takes a long time to open and most of the time it does not work. Have to uninstall the whole thing and reinstall again. Then only it works and its one at time. Should redo the this process again and again. After the password update from the web app I tried to login to mobile app using new password. But keeps getting invalid password error message and loosing the attempts as well. Bad user experience and seems like developers and qa guys have not even tested basic functionality of the app.

With the latest update, App is not loading after the initial flash screen. Got luck to get access only once when tried uninstall and reinstall again. Afterwards, unable to access the App forever. Hope it's a bug and expect a fix ASAP as during this pandemic, mostly using this online service.

But I m giving only a single star because of the frequent complex password changes carried out by the app. It s really difficult to remember multiple passwords since this terrible practice is being carried out by different apps and websites. Please change it to something like OTP or find another easier way to access the app.

I used to recommend NTB to everyone because of this app. Now the same reason made me discontinuing / not recommending NTB. Everytime the app asking to change password. How can i can remember the new passwords everytime ? I'm in a difficult condition to access my account online, while on this travel restriction period. Not user-friendly at all.

Dear developers, sorry I reduced the rating just because the app stopped generating the payment receipt. Once a transaction is done it used to allow me to save the transaction receipt as a PDF but now it doesn't work. I tried reinstalling the app to make sure the app gets permission in to the phone storage but still it doesn't work. I see the save receipt button but it doesn't save the PDF. Please fix this. Thanks!

I'm using this app in my Huawei Y9 2018, with fully updated Android Ver. 9.1.0.164, with all Apps updated as well. After installation of your App, within a short time I had to uninstall twice now, as it does not work & get stuck on the "Nations Trust Bank" Screen & doesn't proceed further. My Wi-Fi is stable & strong. What could be the reason? If not this issue, would have given 5 Stars!

Faster than before.. My first attempt was failed to log into system. I got that "OTP" error. But second attempt worked.. Cannot config the finger print. Error 1008.. UI is changed. Fetching time is really improved. Nice work...
