It's ok but if you can update it were one can filter the region of preference for the service providers...it takes a whole lot of time scrolling down to view them

I after receiving the pin ,I'm unable to log in. It keeps saying account inactive. Contacted customer care but they are not responding to my complaint.
Good app but, as am using the app it isn't updated, cus am using a new card now but its still giving details of the old card.
After entering my membership No and the pin that I was provided with, I clicked the log in button and then nothing happened.

App opens alright. But it takes some minutes before I can type in my pin and even then it takes some more time before I can access the app. Please work on this.

What is the point of having the app for convenience when it doesn't work? Home page is blank. Almost all Menu items turn up blank. So you end up with little to no detail on how your policy is going. App doesn't even give you details of your policy. What really is the point? Please work on the app!
