Downgrade from last app. At the end of check out experience it tries to auto upsell a Wellington which could easily be added to the cart accidentally and requires an opt out. Lame. Overall the UI/UX is challenging and slow to load pics of food.

There seem to be issues with the new app and how it committed with Uber Direct. Even though my specific address for my apartment is in the app, it sent the general address to Uber and the driver was incredibly rude because of the miscommunication between the apps.

There is no way to cancel your order if there is a mistake like you accidentally choose pick up instead of delivery. The stores don't know what to do when you call. So, you end up emailing some contact us page. There needs to be a better system.

I don't like the new app. It is incomplete not showing a lot of the photos and more importantly I can't add notes to the order such as mayo, no seasoning for the fries and more. Please fix ASAP!

Updated to two stars because the new "orange" app does actually process logins now. It only took two years to fix the "green" app. I might add star(s) to the rating after using the app some more.

Why does this app need my location ALL the time?? There is absolutely no need for that. Also, you can't add orders to your account retroactively, so when the app doesn't work when you're ready to order, you are S.O.L. Gonna uninstall.

I love this place!! Try the BBQ Brisket Burger and the nachos with plant based meat. Top it off with an oatmeal cream pie or the peanut butter parfait!! Lisssseeenn!! Delish!!

Solid, easy to use app. It has a few glitches: one being it showed my $5 off initially, then it disappeared by the time I approached the counter and never reappeared. When I scanned my earnings code, then it showed up. Alao, the app is a bit large. Ordering is also very easy and shows what each location has. Pretty good...

Canceled an order 3 hours ahead of time because I couldn't pick it up in the evening and called the restaurant to cancel as well. The manager and employees at the Costa Mesa location swear they canceled the order and the money should be refunded, but the app shows the order changed to completed and the money is still not refunded after a week now. The restaurant manager and employees say they've done their part and this app only recommends contacting the restaurant to resolve this issue.

App doesn't work on my full up to date Pixel 3. Have to bring my iPad to the restaurant to redeem points. They took bloat out of my wallet (the rewards card) and added a mediocre app (bloat for my devices). Not sure I like the trade.

This app update caused a glitch that let me account get hit five times with account holds. They have close to 300$ on hold and refuse to do anything about it. Horrid. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLINE. I got a one sentence response from them with no empathy. Learn to care for your customers.
