If there was another option, I'd have taken it. This app lags too much, it's unreliable for when I want to transfer money. Why can't it always work?

I cannot access any of your products and services. Or how to apply any personal loans or any benefits a customer has with this bank. If its just to put money i would rather change banks with lucrative offers for bank account holders

What is happening?? Has this app crashed? I've not been able to use it for sometime now. I've updated it, still not working, I've deleted and downloaded it again, still not working, can't even log in now. It keeps bringing error messages just like it was doing before I deleted it. NBK, are you guys sleeping on your work?

NatB is good for transact and very easy to access through app but the problem is; to make payment when you use lipa na Mpesa to pay goods and services, improve that it could be better. Thank you

This is the worst bank app I have ever see. It has forced me to go an empty stomach because i need to reset something on the profile. I go ahead follow the procedure then at the end I'm told I have changed the number I have been using, how???? I can't access my money, once I get the money I uninstall and change the bank

I really trying to access my account through the app but it keeps directing me to "OPEN ACCOUNT" so am here wondering what is the issue coz i have tried uninstalling and re installing the app but .....the app is just keen to open another account for me .....

Kindly benchmark with KCB ( your father/mother bank). Their app is excellent. I have serious issues in doing even the basic operations! Can't send money to my phone, can't contact you through the App etc. Sort it out or remove it

Why is it not possible to use this app to transfer money from my second nbk account? The app gives you the option to chose from which account you want to transact from,but when you choose it, the app automatically choses the first account you registered the app with.

I was initially hesitant to get this app because of the negative reviews. I eventually did, just to humour myself and realized I've been missing out on a lot. Like checking my bank balance bila charges and other services. The app has a great user interface as well. The guys who designed it did an incredible job. The only issue so far would be, I cannot deposit money into my account. For some reason the application keeps crashing at that juncture and there is no reporting mechanism in place.

So far so good, with time let's add Paybil and Till Number Options, let's make the app All under one roof

Hey this app has blocked my account after keying in so many correct pin attempts. I am from the bank but still they cant correct the issue. So much disappointed with Nat Bank. I only rely on mobile money coz i dont use atm😭😭😭

Slow...... After every two seconds it needs log in PIN, and how about checking balance, it deducts unnecessary charges. Thought checking balance in other banks are free. Nat Mob soon tutahama.

The best app ever when it comes to banking. Simple, clear and fast when it comes to transactions. It also has a very smart user interface. Beats almost all banks and above all, very cheap in transactional costs!! I don't understand why some have rated it lowly. I deposit money via mpesa and it reflects immediately. When I want to carry on a big transaction , I don't carry cash, I just transfer to whichever bank.

This app is stupid...keeps hanging and shutting down each time, drains battery and is just useless. Where are the app management? Am done with this bank!

I've had uncountable problems navigating through this app. Making payments is problematic. I've severally contacted the customer care but all they keep telling is to delete the app and download it afresh. This hasn't helped either. Too bad

This app is terrible. Don't waste your time trying to register for Natmobile. Just bank somewhere else!!! Doesn't deduct the correct amount of cash, so you can't even know the correct balance! You can't withdraw cash, claiming you have insufficient funds and the account has money! Terrible experience

I cannot log in to the app as it fails at the phone number verification and this is the same error it brought before I uninstalled it because it couldn't verify phone number all the time I wanted to do a transaction. Kindly update and fix some of these issues. Phone number verification not going through yet the codes are being sent

It should be illegal to have an app this bad on the app store as a bank 😂😂😂 I've downloaded this app on multiple occasions to try and see if they've changed or fixed anything. It's like going back to an ex even though he hasn't changed. Aki. I can't even sign in. I've talked to customer service so many times and confirmed that I'm registered for online banking. Still app doesn't work. 😪 It's okay. I'm just letting people know it's not worth it. If they change then my review will change.

The app keeps on crashing... really disappointing and unreliable. You can't check the balance, you can't deposit or do other transactions. They should be working on it considering the need for convenience in this mordern times.

I used to like this app. However, the recent update made the app unusable, it's not opening. Please improve. It keeps telling me to activate but if I attempt to update, the message received is that the activation service is not available.

A good app though mmetufinyilia sana no Nattmobile loans like other bank app eg Equity Eazyloans, No accessing salary advance via Nattmobile like other banks it's good that's why I gave it a 3star you need to work on those 2 services.

Very poor services.... The app keeps telling me to sign and then log in and activate through a certain code that they have never sent on text.. Nkt! Please upgrade on this , it's really frustrating......

Lately, bad experience, services unavailable when confirming OTP sent to the phone's messages. 3 months down the line and application is still under maintenance, using USSD is somewhat inconvenient. When is this maintenance going to be completed? And no notification was sent to your clients for service downtime on your app!?

Why is it that i have to travel from my farm throughout the bad terrain going to the bank to check my loan limit? Please work on that. closest branch is 35 kilometers away😩😩😩

Can't do simple transactions on the app. Keeps displaying ’error' everytime. Very frustrating indeed. Needs some drastic improvement asap. Totally dissatisfied💯

The app is nice, just try to fix so as it can show us the name of recevier b4 sending money
