Works ok. But the map supposed to give you directions of where you'd like to go and that doesn't work which was a big disappointment
Great app. Hope the guide is expanded to other parts of the museum for greater insights across the galleries.
Map doesn't work, THAT'S ALL I WANTED!!
No idea what it is like as gave up trying to install after about the 10th try. Freezes on white screen after app tries to update latest data.
Installed it several times, but it never worked - just downloaded new content then got stuck on a white screen.
I'm in the Hintze Hall, but when I open the map I only see a white screen. Very disappointing.
We also establised one Natural History Museum as a Capital project of the Fiji National University... If possible to link our museum than it would be great... As we also have worked on Skelton and stuffing with also wet preservations.
I do not understand, I was on fourth floor, but there is no such floor in the app?
Doesn't work if you are offline (also suggest including 'natural history museum' somewhere in the app name once installed)
Good functionality but occasional crashes.
Really lobed the local navigation and route finding, e.g. 'navigate to nearest baby change'
The app seems to ask for an excessive amount of permissions and this puts me off having the app installed (will probably remove it later today). I don't understand why its need to know about running apps, be able to retrieve my identities, access to my files, pair with bluetooth etc... Having said that I do love the 'what's on today' and other features.
Simple to use and really handy. Recommended.
Very fast and perfect for you in the gallery
If the staff don't do the activities listed then the app is of no value. Also functions really clunky for someone who hasn't been to the museum before to find exhibitions
Really good little app for info. about exhibitions etc. However, unfortunately the map doesn't seem to install or display reliably on all devices. It works on my Android 5.1 tablet but not on my Android 4.2 phone. On the phone, the map part of the app has the controls (e.g. zoom, floor selector) but the map itself is a blank white screen. If you can get that fixed this will be a five-star app. Oh, and if you're adding new features in a future version, a specimen info. tool, perhaps reading QR codes or specimen numbers from display cases, would be excellent. The Surgeon's Hall Museum in Edinburgh does this and it's really cool. It would be especially handy for when the museum is busy and it's hard to get to read the info. panels, and you could do different language versions to help tourists get the most out of their visit.
