Should be a useful tools for visiting and saving the need to have printed single use materials around the museum. Instead an attempt to raise funds, but for me just a disappointment.
Awful. Awful, Awful! Maps bear no relationship to museum. Tours aren't. Lots of facts but no way to navigate to the related display.
Disappointingly poor. I was hoping for an interactive map, or even a map that helps with the navigation of the labyrinthine NHM. It fails to even provide a useful map with routes.
Quite good but even after buying the buddy there was still nothing additional for insects. Still at the beginning of our visit so will see how it goes.
As others have said. This is pretty useless. It's an advert for the paid app which is where the information is. Doesn't even give a map!

All functionality of this app is behind a paywall. If it's not free, don't market it that way.

Clumsy app and difficult to navigate. Also you have to pay extra to get the full app since many features are locked. Come on I already paid $23 for the ticket and $2 for a locker. Don't be so greedy you Museum 😑
Reviews seem to be about the paid version , the free one is basically one big advert for the paid version which it seems, is quite good: this one is almost useless. Classic bait and switch. Lousy app from dishonest providers.

The app works so well. It feels as if I am inside the museum.Lots of information and quality images.
The layout isn't labeled. All I needed was a map. Uninstalled immediately.

Ok lots of pictures but no co-ordination . The maps are basic and no easy to follow map to get you round the museum. Its not the official app either! Very clumsy and if you want more info then you have to upgrade to the full version; mistake!
Learning a lot very interesting informative and fun.
Great light reading to give you some basics in natural history. Would love a bit more on fossils and palaeontology. Easy to use layout and good external links which are easy to use.

What a fascinating app. Very well put together. I lose all sense of time while touring the museum. I have the british museum app also.
Bit thin unless you pay. I'd have hoped for more detail on the map on the Lite version although drilling down the detail on individual exhibits is interesting - once you've sucked up and paid £1.99. Including information on the other groups based at the museum would be a help (British Geological Survey, Research Institute etc). Making it free for Members would be a nice touch. Overpriced.
