Wow. I love this one. The ladies voices is so soothing and relaxing. She says on their that you will wake towards the end and each time I've used this one I have done just that, it lasts an hour and on the hour I wake up and my body and mind is so relaxed and I just fall back to sleep without a problem. I've gone from sceptical about all this to addicted to it... thank you.

Believe me or not im just a 12 year old kid going on a school holiday with too many homeworks given by my teachers and due for first day of school.
