NaturalCycles, your fertility
This is how it works: you wake up in the morning, measure your temperature in your mouth under the tongue and enter it into this app. Natural Cycles will return you a red or a green day depending on whether you are fertile.
Natural Cycles has been scientifically tested and shown to be highly effective at determining and predicting ovulation day and hence the fertile window. With Natural Cycles there is no room for the human error. You measure, we analyze and you decide the rest.
You can use Natural Cycles to prevent or plan pregnancies.
If you want to get pregnant, Natural Cycles will isolate your most fertile days in your cycle and detect ovulation. You can optionally combine your temperature data with ovulation test results – Natural Cycles tells you when, for optimized usage. The app acts also as an early pregnancy detector and will ask you to confirm an eventual pregnancy. Once pregnant, Natural Cycles monitors your pregnancy and follows your baby’s development.
If you can’t get pregnant, insights from your recorded cycles may help you and your doctor understand what the underlying issue may be. Share your data with your physician.

Great app. I find it annoying the thermometer not only beeps really loudly (with no way to turn it off- it wakes my partner), and that it does not automatically sync up with the app. You have to type in your temp. The thermometer also does not have a screen that lights so if it's dark, you need a phone or flashlight to light up your screen. When you pay $80.00 for something, I expect it to be a little more seamless.
Had to get a new phone. Loaded the app and now when I log in I just get a blank screen I guess this is the new version which doesn't work. I guess I will need to cancel my subscription and find a different app. The old version worked great. Still no use of this app. Dev gave me alink to their web app which has the same glitch. Still waiting on a resolution. Still one star. The companies response is that they don't make the app for my phone screen shape.
First month with app is over. Forecasts (temperature rise, period) were mostly correct. Stars deducted for thermometer: it doesn't have a backlit display and beeps 10x. Why 10x??? Isn't 5x enough or just 3x? Measured when you wake up and before you get up. So in bed. And there it is mostly dark and with some the partner lies next to one who still wants to sleep. So again, why 10x?
Brilliant for birth control and info! Over a year in and no babies. The app has some issues though, on my phone it is very slow when entering information and gets stuck. Would be great if this could be improved, plus a thermometer with a light and less beeping!
Personally this is the mom and doctor for me when it come to the things about my body I was suppose to be taught. This app has given me so much insight in my body and enough confidence on my planning a pregnancy journey. I absolutely recommend this app for birth control as well as planning a pregnancy it's with you every step of the way and worth every penny ❤
The app is very easy to use, reminders are available as you choose them and there is plenty of extra reading if you're interested. I've learnt so much about my body and about my cycle since downloading the app and subscribing two months ago.
I have only been using the app for 6/7 weeks, so still early days. But it is very helpful and gives you updates all the time, and tips of how to keep adding more information for the algorithm.
I was really scared to try Natural Cycles but I'm so glad I did. The app keeps things organized and sends personalized reading recommendations and helpful tips depending on what your data says that day. I feel more like myself now that I'm off hormonal birth control and I am becoming more confident in knowing my cycle.
I love this app, it is brilliant and from coming off contraception that I'd been on for 10+ years I'm very impressed. It got to know me so quick and is accurate TO THE DAY for everything. I have an Android user the app seems to have a lot of things missing compared to my friend with Apple. I've tried updates etc.. Please make the app more user friendly for us and it'll be perfect! Also I never received my discount when she joined and used my code 😔 other than this, this app is PERFECT.
Love the app! It gives you lots of great information. It's setup well and even gives you reminders to set your thermometer out for testing in the morning. The thermometer on the other hand is the absolute worst! It takes a long time to check your temp. There is no back light to read the numbers. It says it saves the last reading but when you turn it back on to record your numbers it only stays on screen for a few seconds. I've missed multiple reading because the temp timed out.
Terrible thermometer. Makes it unnecessarily difficult. The app is great! I want to love it! The experience with NC would be SO much better if the thermometer was: 1) easier to read, a light-up screen would be nice 2) The last measurement disappears WAY to fast...make it stay in place until the next reading is taken, please. Or at the very least stay on the screen MUCH longer.
The app itself is great. Its accurate, easy to use and has a lot of good resources. Definitely worth the purchase. I do wish the thermometer was Bluetooth and connected to my app automatically or at least had a light up digital display. Neither of these detract from the value, it would simply add even more.
This has so much potential, perhaps second or third generations will be good but this one is not. My main issue is that the thermometer does not sync with the app (the whole point I previously thought) the thermometer doesn't even light up and is so difficult to use in the dark (the moment you wake up, groggy and fumbling no less). The app is also not designed well, I've had free period tracker apps that were easier to use.
