Nature Med App's patient tracking log is an easy way to track the use and effects of specific medical marijuana strings and products and it provides a rating scale for pain, cachexia, nausea, seizures, muscles spams and agitation. Additionally, this log can be a useful resource for the physician who provided the written certification for your medical marijuana, as well as any other treating physicians.
Log TrackingFrom the home screen tap on the Track icon.Tap on the Plus icon at the bottom.Select the survey you wish to take.Answer all of the questions and click Save.Congratulations, you just earned 100 points.

Reserving ItemsFrom the home screen tap the Reserve icon.Tap on the Plus icon at the bottom.Tap on the strain that you wish to reserve. You will be taken to the information screen for the strain you have chosen.Select the quantity you wish to reserve and tap the Reserve button.Your item is now in your cart.To actually place the reservation, tap the cart icon in the upper-right corner. You’ll be taken to your cart where you can tap the Place Reservation button to send your reservation to your location. Your cart will then be cleared out and you will receive an email confirming your reservation. When your reservation has been filled you will receive a notification that it is ready to be picked up.

Earning RewardsYou can earn rewards by creating reservations and creating surveys. You also receive 100 points just for signing up. Rewards are converted into dollar amounts off of strains. Each location sets its own custom conversion rate for rewards. If you log your intake and symptoms you will earn rewards that pile up into savings.

Scheduling MedicationsFrom the home screen tap the Schedule icon. Simply click on the + sign, add in the type of medication to schedule, select strain/quantity, the date, time and frequency and you are all set to go. Scheduling earns your rewards as well.
