The app is horrible. I uninstalled and installed it back again still the app doesn't load. It gets stuck in a forever loop
Unable to place an order! Current take you ahead to the payment page, step four! Tried everything.. poor!
It's really disappointing to see an app from such a well known brand having basic functioning issues!! In times like this when people are counting you, is hardly the time to act up. If there are no delivery slots, then please do us a favour and let us know on the home page like other apps, instead of letting people waste their time adding things to cart and the finally turning blank on delivery date and time page. The most frustrating experience I have had off late.
Very buggy and bad UI/UX. Not sure why noone had improved the app after long
App is pathetic, it doesn't show items which are out of stock. My whole order was messed up.
One of the worst grocery apps I have ever used. Shows items that are sold out even when you select to show only available products. Doesn't save payment method even when you tell it to save payment. Sorting and searching completely ineffective - you pretty much need to know the exact name of what you're ordering, and hope it's in stock. Vouchers directly from the store don't work, and they'll still call you with spam to remind you to use them. Terrible app.
Quality of products is great. Prices are really expensive. But that is understandable for 'import quality' stuff or whatever. But what I hate is the app. It's so buggy. Right now when I try to access any category it just keeps loading forever and doesn't show beyond a few items so I have to manually search instead of being able to see the options. Your loss for business tbh.
Nature's basket has a wide assortment of products which are quite difficult to find elsewhere. This makes it a compelling choice for people looking to eat organically or get their hands on food from around the world. Now the problem with their app is not only is it hard to navigate, but when you do reach the desired item it takes forever to update into the cart. Also their in app search is so poor it does not take into account the keyword but includes completely unrelated products.

Since 2 days I am getting 'Please Wait' error on starting. There is no data load.
Half the functions don't work and ask for internet connection, while connected well to a high speed internet connection. My wallet balance after purchase (reflecting on hard copy of bill) due to weight change after online order placement, doesn't show up here. Quite pathetic actually!!! Also on redeem points OTP doesn't come thru and on repeat transaction the points (not redeemed) also disappear. Totally bogus. Once the lockdown gets over, I will never ever order from this pathetic app.
App is not bad but system and service need improvement. The application doesn't remember the credit card details. Inventory us not updated, items showing available in the app but later cancelled from the order due to unavailability, this happens with every order. description of the product is not sufficient, sometimes is not visible. many products don't have photos. it is not bad but needs some work.
I received fresh veggies and juicy fruits. Delivery is also smooth and in good condition. Most of the products especially dairy items like cheese, yogurt, milk etc. are of good quality. The app in general can be improved further and made more user friendly with regards to their categorization of products and ease of selection of products. Also, your past purchases section just doesn't open; always displaying an error message "we need a fully functional internet connection".
App doesn't work properly. At times it is difficult to add products in cart. Most of the time the app hangs when i am trying to make a payment. I applied my reward points to one of the purchase and the app got stuck on the payment page as usual but all my points got deducted!! I have complained several times at the call centre about the app but nothing has changed. The only reason i keep using this app is some of the products available here are not available else where easily.
Very user unfriendly and slow. Its auto prompt for products are not intuitive. When I type milk, it will first show me milk chocolate. Search is difficult to edit - to add a word in the beginning I have to backspace and retype the whole thing. Auto prompts are too fast to declare unavailability of the product, even before I type the full prodict name. The available products seem less than those available in the physical store, from which they deliver. The good thing is they deliver same day.
Not working at all in Samsung S22 Ultra Android 12 One UI version 4.1.
Very bad user experience. While on a big fan of Nature's Basket and it's products, the app had a really bad experience and is quite useless. It's slow, cumbersome, hangs and sometimes does not even reach the check out page. They really need to invest in making their app experience better.
I think more daily essentials should be added- bath products (skin, hair, body etc.) and hygienic products (Tissues, Sanitary pads etc.). Even I would like to mention while doing payment I selected G pay as an option while putting my you address I faced problem. As the type box appeared at the back of typing tool. So, I couldn't see exactly what I am typing, is it right or wrong. I think interface could be better to make payment gateway more easier.
We have a nature's basket store nearby that we occasionally shop from. When we went there we were told that no one is allowed into the store due to the pandemic situation, so we have to order through the app. We tried it – useless. Not able to create an account (keeps saying the email id is already in use, I've tried with multiple email accounts). Or it says there was a network error. What is the point of having a fully stocked store if customers can't order anything??
Terrible app and service from the reputable Godrej group. There are so many technical and UX glitches, that it's impossible and futile to state them here, because anyway their standard response is to ask for your contact number or request an email. And there hasn't been a single instance yet, wherein they've delivered all items from my order, as something or the order always tends to go out of stock. Lately, even their card on delivery service has stopped working properly.
It was working fine at the beginning and I was very happy with service. But at one moment it got some problem in the system - no products got displayed in any category. After reinstalling I was unable to login. So even needed to create new account. But again it is failing with the same issue (no products at all shown)...((((
Firstly the app design is awful and difficult to navigate, most of the categories are just random and make no sense. Secondly it's full of bugs, it won't let you check out and keep asking for the address to be added over and over again. If you get past it, there won't be slots available. After days of doing this I finally realised that it's an app only issue. Could place the order easily on the website. Please get new developers, you mustve lost many orders this whole month thanks to a buggy app
I've been using this app for a while not and never had any issues. But ever since this pandemic has begun, whenever I'm trying to order something, no dates or delivery lots come up. I've restarted the app, my phone. But nothing. This is despite the message that you guys are functional and taking limited orders. I'm stuck. Not cool at all!
Very very very slow app, doesn't load. Took a very long time to select items, and after waiting patiently to add one , one item due to the very slow app, finally the checkout section was loaded. Only to find that pop up does not display anything for day and time. Did a tedious painful waiting task of adding items but now there is no checkout. Like walking miles barefeet in excruciatingly blazing hot sun for water seen at a distance, only to find it was a mirage in the barren cruel hot dessert.
Rates are exorbitant.At times, products are not that good.
The search function doesn't work properly for many items as frequently they are misspelt. When browsing a category, it only let's you sort by relevance of price - would be nice to be able to sort by popularity. Also, it often shows out-of-stock items as available, so then you get a phone call after the fact saying your order cannot be filled.
The app refuses to load products. It will show you the first set on a page and as you try to scroll down it refuses to load anything. This is so annoying. It works 1 in 10 times. I guess they don't have a team to check for bugs or come with updates. Don't think they ever update! This must have cost them so much business cause like me many don't get a chance to explore the products available cause the app doesn't load them. Epic tech team and app.
