Had the app now for just over a month, now when you try to access/login just keep getting a message saying app has experienced an error try again later this has gone on now for a week, contacted NatWest they a clueless and send you around in circles.

Digidocs a nightmare from hell, I applied for a loan in 8 April and said yes, but no as its online banking and can't get pastdigidocs so no loan still.

It is extremely annoying to use an app that insistently pushes you to make a google account choice in the card management screen. As the google account dialog box blocks screen I am having to quit the use of the app. Clearly the NatWest priority is Google over its customers. Disappointing !

This is an excellent app. Easy to use and quick, only slight niggle is the "offers" screen that pops up when you log on - there is an option for "don't show this again" but it always shows it again!! Otherwise no complaints and gives full access to business accounts while on the move.

Limited app that has potential. You can only approve 15 payments at a time which makes the whole process very limited for my own use. Furthermore, there isn't a 'Select All' button for those payments for a speedier process so you will have to select each payment individually, which is annoying as you are able to 'Deselect All'. Adding the ability to view the payment summary would be a good addition for a future app update.

This app was working well for me until the recent update to my s20. I then had to keep re-registering every time i opened the app because my credentials weren't recognised. I then uninstalled the app and restarted my phone. Now it crashes whenever I try to log on. Not sure how to resolve this!

Used to be a great app, has all required features... but recently the security protocols are rendering it useless. Having to register phone every other day, if not every day. Pointless layers of security. I think you need to get a logic engineer to look at your security, its purpose vs usability. Please hope you can rescue this app.

Can you please advise why your normal Natwest banking app no longer appears on my playstore and when I was asked to update. I can no longer access or find. I have spoken to the bank, play direct, and Samsung and no one can help but I am unable to continue banking like this with no access. I have been told to contact the app developer but the app does not even appear on my store.

Last update mostly works well so far. Only thing I've noticed is with authorising payments. If I or any other user imports an "ad hoc bulk payment" from a text file it doesn't show up in the app for authorisation. Other payments seem to show up just fine.

Great, I use it for checking recent transactions, and approving payments. Love how it uses fingerprint, makes it so much faster than the desktop site with card reader. I've been using it a few months, and have had to reauthenticate using card and card reader once, which seems reasonable enough.

Really good interface. Recent changes reflecting Payee details gives me more confidence when generating a payment Like the ability to override where Ltd should be Limited or ( ) etc All Good, highly recommended More PC than mobile App Could a page tab be at the top of the payee template as well as the bottom, allowing you to jump pages to those later in alphabet, rather than scrolling through every page and at the bottom move on, it would certainly add to the functionality & experience

Seems to constantly lose security details. Complains about session timeout immediately after login. Can only approve certain types of payment. If it was reliable and could approve all payments it would negate the need to use the new and old online bankline which are both very poor.

Much, much better than it was. Being able to approve payments securely without having to he next to a computer with the card reader is very useful indeed. Would still like to be able to see pending/scheduled payments.

Works beautifully gave a rating of 1 yesterday as my finger scanning was not working. Reset my security finger scanning and works really well. If you are on the go easy to use. One suggestion which would be useful is an option to print the payment confirmation in a PDF would be an excellent additional feature to enhance the app.

Used old app and that was fine, now this new version crashes.. I need to use app to set my travels to abroad as the online PC version does not have a way anymore to change it.. So I stuck in this madness .. why can developers just keep there apps simple .. so stressed been with NatWest for nearly 35 years

App has a lot of issues. Easy to approve payments but no option to search and edit future or authorised payments. Template search doesn't work. App keeps asking to authenticate my phone with a reader which is highly inconvenient if I'm away and trying to process business transactions.

Was a reasonable app to use on my Pixel 3XL, but since upgrading to a Pixel 4XL, i now can't access the app as it is 'not compatible' with the phone's face-scanner despite it being google/android's flagship phone. Please fix this ASAP.

Experiencing no App access at all tried all the NatWest Apps no installation so the app has a problem have to go online website to access the account and it asks for the Card Reader and I do not talk my card reader with me. This needs to be dealt with.

I have an android phone and have suddenly found that after years of been able to do my banking online in complete security i can no longer do it because Natwest have changed their App !! ......... and you say its for customer security !!!! I have multiple accts, so its great to be able to access all these when away from the office. The approve function is especially useful. One enhancement I'd like to see is an alert so you know when a payment is awaiting authorisation.

I dont know whose pathetic idea it was to make a new app. Why dont you just update app like everyone else. I am now stuck because i cant remember all the log in info... gonna have to call bank and they will send new details and then will have to change password and then they will make a new app and the party starts again.... never been a fan of NatWest and they are making it hard for me to change my mind.....

The whole currency acc experience via Banklie, online and on the app, is so last century. They made everything look and feel so crude to make you hate having a currency acc in the hope (likely) to give it up all together and only use a sterling acc. That's my deduction after six months of use. Else, why we're even having a Bankline? Why can't the currency account be accessed through the normal app and online banking? Why this one keeps crashing and logs me out? All part of the conspiracy 🤔
