Poor. Changed password 4 times. Each time I log out then try to log back in I'm told my email and password do not match. Frustrating experience.
Terrible. I've downloaded, tried to login with membership credentials and it asks me to register. I try to register and it says an error has occured. I can login to the rewards website with no issues. I phone the number in the app, am told it's the wrong number, second person, puts me through to a third number with no options for rewards or apps. Not a Premier experience in any way shape or form.
Can't login. Yes, I am using the Rewards login credentials (not my online account). No I don't want to send emails to resolve this. You have a serious recurring defect. Manage it. Logging in is a critical function. Shame on the technical team and more so on the management that allowed this to be shipped. Extremely poor performance.
Can't use it at all. Won't let me login - gives an error message related to platinum accounts. Can't sign up because it says my Black account is already registered. Phoned the assistance line and they didn't understand - thought I couldn't figure out how to access my actual bank account through the main NatWest app. Pretty much useless as it currently stands.
app allows easier access to premier rewards, booking tickets, insurance claims etc. But its still just as glitchy as it was in beta previously, bookings rarely appear in travel and cinema vouchers appear perpetually unredeemed which just makes the whole app appear substandard
Impossible to get into it. Being new to it says give info, then tells me I have an account already so just sign in. Didn't know I had one so changed password but does not let me in and tells me to register ...... and so on round the loop. I can get straight in on my desktop but the app will not let me in. Dreadful.
Garbage. The sign in doesn't work. Tried to sign in, tells me my details are not recognised. Same with password reset. Then tried to sign up, it tells me these details are already registered! Make your mind up! And no, I am not using my online banking login. My rewards login works just fine on your website. I work in IT, the fact you have two separate logins for banking and rewards, plus different methods for logging in via the website and the app tells me your back end architecture is a mess.
Terrible quality app. It doesn't work properly, prevents me from entering my account saying that my credentials does not match, and then blocks the access for 24 hours. Basically cannot use any o the perks when I need them. Such an expensive shame.
Absolutely useless. Download app, enter log in details, press the sign in button and nothing doesn't even tell you if you have entered wrong details. Let's you register but when you fill out details and press send it tells you already have an account. Go back to app log in page and enter all details. NOTHING. Uninstalled app. Only gave one star because I couldn't leave it blank.
Can't get the services I'm paying for. Can't book airport parking or hotels through the app, it hangs and says something when wrong when I try. Can't find a way of doing it online either without the app.
I have tried for months to get on this. Follwed the instructions (including those on the reviews) and still no joy. I have set the password a number of times. Frustrating!!
Doesn't work after latest update. Try to type in the password i use online, app doesn't accept all characters, so can't login! Also fingerprint recognition seems to have disappeared. Was working fine
Can't even log in. I have used the website for some time. Got quite excited when I saw an app. However my sign in details wont work. I've tried resetting password and it didnt work either! Really disappointing!
With it's fingerprint log-in the app makes accessing the non insurance related benefits much more convenient than the website. Being easier to access should enable people to take advantage of the ticket/holiday services - especially when out & about. Clean, bright and clear layout.
Awful...reset password and now I can't even login to the app. Can login through browser so clearly app is faulty. Another of the plethora of NatWest Apps that aren't linked to the main app. Awful customer experience. Moved to N26!
I would give it a negative rating if I could. Don't waste your time folks! I downloaded it, needlessly wasted 15 minutes before changing my password then tried again. Still wouldn't work! Tried it via online option, worked. So deleted and reloaded. Same result. Till checked out the reviews here. Heartbreaking that a bank I have been with for 36 years has such third rate service. NW absolutely has gone to dogs sadly and I blame Fred the sodding Shred!!
As with the other reviewers. I enter my login details for the black account which work perfectly on the website. I am asked to register for online services which tells me I already have an account (which I know). I am then told to just login with my account details which are again not accepted. POOR!
need to log in every time i want to look at details of a different benefit. this app only seems to focus on the services which i need to pay extra money for. basically it is not fully integrated to all the services and so not complete
Nope. I've tried my membership services password and it doesn't recognise it. I've tried resetting it and still no go. Can't log in so can't rate it.
Totally useless. First it tells me not to sign up because I have an account already, when I enter my details it tells me it doesn't recognise the account! Even customer services can't sort it!
The black benefits just aren't as good as they used to be. The travel app doesn't even allow you to select all London airports 🙄
Utter, utter, utter rubbish. I have a username. I have a password. I have a Reward Black account. I have an app that is so rubbish that the login button doesn't work. Avoid.
Completely useless, refuses to accept my login. Reset my password, still does not want to let me in. Don't bother with this app.
Basically doesn't work! Opens once in every twenty attempts. Complete waste of space.
Useless, first time in it told me my password was recognised, reset password waited a couple of hours and guess what it still says my password is not recognised and cant get in.
Apps constantly failing. Pages not found, poor functionality, realy poor app for a premium customer and for a large uk bank to deliver this, not acceptable.
Never accepts any payment, have to call to make the booking so pointless app!

As soon as you select anything like a booking you have made, the app closes. Useless
