Update: received support email from dev team with steps to delete app cache and data. After that, app works perfectly. Thanks! Latest release of app (June 2021) no longer opens. Just shows NAUI splash screen and freezes there. Old version was fine. Will re-rate once fixed.
Wow so easy to keep your certs (update) with the new Android problem. You will not only have to go in and clear the cache and the data, but you will also have to go in and change the permissions. The NAUI app needs permission to access location. It also needs access to storage. So in settings go into permissions then look for the now we app, and change permissions to allow the now we app to have access to location and storage. Storage needs to be all the time, and location can be set for eithe
The app worked for a brief period then was updated on 6/7/21 and now won't open. I've tried to uninstalled and reinstall, still can't get it to open. Glad I have access to a hard card for my cert since they can't figure out how to have functional software
App does not let me put in certifications. I cannot use most other functions until I do. I have tried the "fixes". Have tried several times to contact support with no one getting back to me. Also tried uninstalling and reinstalling.
Great start... but does have a few glitches. Certifications & Digital Cards not showing up under Certifications. Active and completed courses not showing up. I'm hoping it's a work in progress.
I have seen that android phones are having issues with this app. I am experiencing the loading screen lock as well. I deleted the cache, but if I delete the data, it says that it will lose all data and accounts. Does that mean that I will lose all the dives in the log????
Way too basic. Only useful thing is the dive cert ID. The dive log has bugs: PSI does not enter properly. App freezes on saving dive log entry. Lack typical dive info to caputre. No ability to add dive photos.
Accidentally entered the incorrect birth date; I can find no way to change it via the editing function. Too, I can only locate NAUI affiliates based on my current location; not in whichever location/area I zoom the map.
Very basic app. The only thing that could be useful is dive log, but it's not working - after clicking on the save button loader is rotating indefinitely and nothing happens.
Excellent APP!! Dive planning tools at your fingertips on your phone. You ALWAYS have access to Dive Tables, and EAN Calculator, and O2 Exposure Calculator, a Cylinder Volume Calculator, a Turn Pressure Calculator and a Conversion Calculator EVEN WITHOUT AN INTERNET CONNECTION!! A valuable diving tool.
Not opening. Just the startup screen. I Uninstalled and installed it again, still freezing on the startup screen.
Freeze upon launching on latest version. Dev. team has given instruction on how to fix already. So I would re-rate to their effort. Still hope to see improvement such as log book within the app.
It shows the loading screen and just hangs there forever. Deleting/reinstalling did not work, neither did resetting the phone to factory settings.
Upgraded my phone from an S8 to S21 and am also experiencing the app hanging on the splash screen. Otherwise have always had a good experience. PLEASE FIX!
App won't load. Thankfully I had my physical card with me or I might not have been able to dive in Hawaii. Please fix Naui! It is clearly an issue.
Doesn't open/load. Doesn't do anything. Just stays on the naui logo screen and never allows you to log in
Would lock up on start. Tried reinstalling it after removing it, that didn't work either. Android S9+ phone.
It doesn't work on my Android. All it does is show the splash screen as if it's loading and doesn't do anything else.
Once I entered my information, it did not access my certifications. And did tell me how to get access to them. Not worth the time to download and then uninstall.
Glad NAUI release app. But not useful tools found inside. At least, please include function that pro member can check members certificate verification , dive table, simple logbook etc..
App is just loading and im not able to log in. Are you guys going to fix this issue? Already uninstalled and installed.
Previously I gave one star as the new update made the app unusable, however I am re rating as the developer advised with a solution for the problem. The great app is great again.

App just hangs on splash screen. Tried to uninstall and reinstall. Still hangs.
It doesn't work anymore just is stuck on the Naui logo with blue background..... really hard to dive with an e-card without the e-card....
It would be a nice feature to have access to the online digital materials for current courses and courses that have been certified complete.
Android user: can't edit profile or add photo. My husband is IOS & has totally different menus & could edit profile & add pic.

The app doesn't work most of the time. It opens the splash screen and that's it.
Used to work so I could get to certification cards, now just freezes on the opening splash screen. I'm using a Pixel 4. Sure would be nice if you'd just allow us to get to those cards thru the website too... If nothing else, as a backup to times like these when the app doesn't work at all. Edit: very quick response from the developer. Clearing cache and storage did the trick. Would still very much like to see certification cards accessible from the full website though.
