Terrible app, unable to change anything in the job, no option to check questions answers, matching is always default, let me choose. No dark mode.

Naukri premium plan is waste of money I'm sharing my experience, naukri only provide paid services to recruiter, and when we purchase their plan they forgot us after sale their product i called on naukri website given no. To let them know but no one is attending the call, I'd paid for 1 month classified post jobs and after 10 days I didn't get applicants so I remove that job post and try to post another one naukri didn't allow me also so I'm trying to repost the same job but their a red error

Bought a subscription for 472 and now asking for another subscription,, worst app and worst service

Don't whas wrong with this app.... Purchased subscribtion of 470 Rs for trail.... Now you are telling me by one more subscribtion.. what's going on you are cheated me.... Hope my money will get refunded other wise I will post this on serious platform...

As a recruiter, it really feel very convenient to use and easy to track candidates and call them directly through the app.

Many flaws coming out due to new changes and job post listing is also going down due to which not getting enough response as before. Make app full accessible just like main website to post jobs from app m download database also. Correct profiles data download as before in website where we could download all prof6with a customized range. Spent alot on subscription but not getting expected result. Expecting some worthy changes soon.

Suggestion for the app developers from a recruiter Here is a required suggestion for the app developer team. Either give upgrade where the years of experience automatically gets updated as time passes or else give user a notification to update years of experience, being a recruiter it becomes difficult to get the required profile on the basis of years of experience. I always ended up getting unwanted data which hampers recruitment process. Plus it becomes annoying.

I paid for a subscription but not able to post the job. what to do ?

I use to think that the Naukri website portal is difficult to use, untill I downloaded their Mobile App. While their website suffers from extreme confusion of what to do and how to do, their App takes it to next level by hiding essential filters like notice period under Other filters (I mean what were your Designers thinking?), having no integration to their own RMS portal and making simple search a nightmare. Wow, just wow to you User Interface Designers. 👏👏 And please don't write that automated message that "We would like to solve your problem. Can you email us at..." ! The User Experience is ridiculous. Accept it.

Its been 4 Hours since I purchased Job Posting Subscription, no activation yet, too disappointing , No proper customer supoort either.

So many bugs, sometimes cant login sometimes one or the other issues

This app is not feasible at all, apart from some good features missing, j can't access the searches i saved from my PC, which i earlier used to have, this app is really buggy, crashes various times, not suitable for "ON THE GO"

Very bad experience. Sometimes it opens and sometimes it doesnt and when it gets open, i need to refresh it before using it so that it shows all the data

Most of the time I face issues for Login. Despite of correct username/password the error pops sayin incorrect details. Surprisingly with same credentials I'm able to Login through my system/laptop. Kudos to Team Naukri

I have taken subscription of Rs.1947 through google pay but it shows no subscription. Please refund my money

Just because Ian active subscription doesn't mean app shouldn't show my old purchases!

This the worst app i have ever used. Its an old company and it seems that they lost that zing which was there 10years back. App keeps on loading, god knows what it is downloading. This app doesnt work on 5G speed as well. I cannot post screen shot here. In any case dont use this useless and good for nothing app.

Good app but when I am downloading resumes, it's not downloading properly, cv downloading is paused after a certain percentage. Please fix this ASAP.

Great addition to Resdex! Features like call from app and continue from desktop are really helping increase productivity.

Unable to load resume or schedule an interview

New updates as on sept 21 is really worst, you have made everything meshed, old application was user-friendly and better result driven, this is showing "something went wrong"
