EDIT - once I cleared the app's cache on the App Info screen it started working again. It worked fine on my Nautilus e618 for about 2 weeks and now it has dropped the Bluetooth connection and I can't get it to re-pair with the app or with my Android phone. I know that the e618 is broadcasting on Bluetooth because I can see it in my Bluetooth control panel but the app isn't connecting to it.
I just bought a Nautilus E628 and donwloaded the app. Unfortunately the app does not find the E628 at all. I started bluetooth and the app on my Samsung S7 and the E628 was running, but it did not show up...I contacted the support by email, but they don't react at all...the bluetooth option was one reason to buy the E628 so I am very disappointed by now. So it is just one star for very poor performance.
I can make it sync most of the time with R616 . steps: 1. it must be completly finished with ending workout. 2. If it wont sync unplug power cord and replug. This usually works. What is really irritating is that in the journal for the year I can't see Nov and Dec. Not sure if it my phone or ap. Anybody else have this issue?
Using with Nautilus R616 recumbent. App does sync well with MyFitnessPal. edit: After two month of use I find the bluetooth will consistently only sucessfully sync 1 out of 5 tries. I have to turn off BT on my phone, and let the app request to turn it on and sync. This works, sometimes. Edit: syncing is working well now, thanks!
Connects with a U628 instantly on Android phone. Shows saved data from the U628 without issue. Any one of four user profiles in the machine can be seen through this App. I have not dived deeper into this App but if it has quick graphs that summarize activity that would be cool - especially if printable over WiFi.
App is fine. Keeps records Of important info. However cannot figure out how to add second user. I deleted the app and the reinstall will not take me to the initial setup screen where the users are input. I do see the icon for users but only shows one.
The app is nice and laid out well. I only wish there was a way of sharing my data real time (ish) with another person. This sounds cheesy but I'm overweight and my dear mom is worried. Being able to share it with her would create some level of outside preasure to do more and even some surprise praise when goals are hit.
It will not connect to my new U618 bike. Keeps saying that there is no equipment present and then when it does finally pair it tells me there's a sync issue and I have to unpair, unplug my bike and start again. Only to be told that there's no equipment present. Bike is great, app is a mess.
I have 2 Nautilus equipment but i cannot connect the equipment via bluetooth with first forgetting the other (disconnect to my device) once i reconnect back to previous one all my saved data are gone... any means to connect the 2 equipment to my android for data gathering???
Doesn't Sync. Downloaded the app. Synced with my treadmill in the beginning and stopped working after 3 months or so. Contacted customer service and they could not resolve and basically gave up. So disappointed.
It syncs great with my phone and I love all of the info on my workouts. However it won't connect to MyFitness. That was a contributing factor in the purchase of my Nautilus.
App looks good, syncs with my Nautilus equipment perfectly, but I can't figure out how to sync with MyFitnessPal. Neither app seems aware of the other.
It will not synch with bluetooth. at all. i have tried clearing my bluetooth, restarting the phone, turning off the bike etc. very frustrated!
Just got done working out for the first time, however, just like everyone else, it will not sync workouts. I tried before, during, and after workout multiple times and it shows "No new workouts available." If this is fixed, I will update my review.
good potential but 90% of the time refuses to sync. Bluetooth has been around for years, it shouldnt be this difficult to write working code...
Bluetooth Won't Sync I bought the Nautilus U616 and was happy to sync my devices and start exercising. The app fails to sync after the initial setup.
very buggy. sees equipment one day, then not again for weeks. tried all the usual"fixes". no help from customer service after many attempts to contact.
Bluetooth does not connect. Horrible waste of money and space. Do not buy this treadmill.
Needs updating. Does not sync correctly on iOS and Android.
Sometimes it syncs and sometimes it doesn't. Frustrating.
Horrible says its syncing bit new workouts dont show up. Waste of time
Just got my Nautilus E628 last week (which is an awesome elliptical) and I'm using this app to sync my workouts to my phone (and additionally to myfitnesspal). Connecting to the elliptical with the app was a breeze (just follow the on-screen instructions) and everything works as it should, hassle-free. From the reviews that I read it appears this app used to be buggy, but I can confidently say that it works great now. On a sidenote: I _did_ read somewhere that you shouldn't try to connect to the elliptical through Android's own Bluetooth settings, but instead just let the app *itself* do the pairing and managing the connection. Maybe this was what some people experienced when they weren't able to connect to their sports-equipment? ||EDIT||: I forgot to mention that when you are finished with your workout, press the big red button on your bike/elliptical twice (the one where it reads pause/end). If you don't do that and just turn your bike off there is a chance that your workout won't be saved. You have to "tell" your bike/elliptical that you are finished so it saves the data (at least that's my experience). ||EDIT2||: After 2 months of daily use the app suddenly didn't sync with Myfitnesspal anymore. The issue was quickly solved by going to "Settings" and disconnecting and then again reconnecting with MyfitnessPal. Still, this is a bug and should be fixed.
