Nav: Business Credit & Finance

Sometimes I have to look really hard for certain choices on the app. Whereas on the desktop site the navigation to certain pages are right there. I didn't have to look as hard. Overall, the app has a very clean UI/UX design, which makes the information digestible.

App very reliable and easy to use

This has potential, but they can't seem to get the most important aspect to function correctly, business banking account. I added my business over & over but it just kept repeating the same screens. i didn't pay for anything, but if adding a bank account isn't a free feature why give the option to use it? Maybe I'll check back, but this needs an overhaul.

After spending more time than I care to trying to navigate and understand this app, it became clear that I'm wasting my time. Links don't work. Information is massively outdated or incorrect. And if you try and figure it out, a popup Asking you to subscribe is forced into view. No thanks.

Great resource for business and person credit, especially to see how they work together. The best package that allows you to see your fico is the way to go. plus, they report to credit bureaus, which really helps a lot!

I spent $40 on the business credit builder subscription and not only have I received no assistance like they said comes with it but I keep being prompted to purchase the same thing again, Everytime I try to claim my business in the d&b part it wants me to create a new account (then pay for the same thing again) and there hasn't been any updates to my credit... And to top it off there isn't any indication of me even purchasing the subscription. No receipt or anything

Terrible bait app. I upgraded because it said I could dispute my business credit but there is absolutely no way on the website or the app to start a dispute. Then when you cancel they won't refund you and cut you off the app immediately. I'll be filing a chargeback with these crooks.

App inconsistent! My personal account keeps being removed, my scores send update notifications but you do not see the actual update for weeks. Also the date listed for updates are inconsistent because 1 minute it says last update is August 24th then last update was April 24th. Makes no sense

Far and away surpassed my expectations. Consistently offering useful and viable information to help grow my business. Worthwhile in every regard.

Could be 5 stars but there seems to be an issue when I try to see my business credit report. It continues to tell me download unsuccessful. Maybe if this issue is fixed I'll change my rating.

Since downloading the Nav app, my business has really improved. I've also been able to get several credit cards to help me invest into my online business. It's also nice to see my personal and business credit.

Nav is very useful to me especially with being a small business owner. Credit is key and Nav has many helpful resources to help anyone as a business owner gain control of their credit! Thanks Nav!

Reading reviews they seem to be one half saying the app links don't work and they paid for the subscription and its worthless.. While the other half are saying how great they work makes me super suspicious!! I have only played around with the app but quickly uninstalled it because I didn't see the use of another credit app!! I just wonder how authentic some reviews truly are!! Every positive review is textbook quotes and short and sweet!! While negative reviews are detailed and personal!! Think!

I love using the Nav app. An associate of mine recommended it and I'm happy I downloaded it. The information provide is extremely helpful and I love the articles that are available. Great app especially for small business owners establishing their credit.

Don't waste your money for paid subscription, it's absolutely useless. You will not get info what you need. They will give you only general info with out details and as soon you requested credit report they will not refund your money.

I recently saw an ad and decided to try Nav. I signed up and 10 minutes later I was approved for a business loan. I also receive alerts and messages regarding loan offers and my credit. Try it you will not be disappointed.

Very Helpful App. Great business insights as well as structured to put in position and point you in the right direction.

Nav gives very easy advice and access to the issues or and ways to correct them through professional and legal teams. And also gives u all resources and fastest way to accomplish the needs for a better and prosperous business

I am always disappointed when an app, in order to get traffic, blatantly deceives about being "free". Shame on you, this service is far from free.

Pretty decent app except the fact that I can't connect my bank account cause they can't find my bank. I've tried two different banks and neither one can be found

Terrible Customer Service (Archaic). This is only the 15th service like this and its not even completely free, go somewhere else, your info will be more secure as well.

It's keeps telling me my score went up consistently, for one credit score rise! It applies vantage score to esperian... Nearly the only app which one can see their esperian score for free

Unable to see full report. It kicks you out of the app every time you click 'View Report' This needs to be fixed.

Don't try the rest untill you give Nav a chance. My personal fav next to Credit Karma. Great free service with options to upgrade definitely keeping Nav on my mobile

Must have for business owners. My only issue is the refresh rate is lacking. I wish it refreshed my scores more frequently

After paying $39.99 for additional features & STILL NOT ABLE to see full reports Is UNACCEPTABLE. Uninstalling & Cancelling this charge with my bank!!!
