I love this game,but when I tried to log onto the game,I was forced to uninstall and reinstall it because I couldn't log on.I was trying all day today to get into the game.It deleted my account with all my progress! I was in server NA-9! I was forced to start from scratch! I don't even see server NA-9 anywhere! Please help me recover my account!
The game is nice.But when i want to open it again it says "Naval Age has stoped working" help me to fix it please.

Got access again and am still playing. These guys give away LOTS of gems which is the driving force of the game. You do not have to spend real money to advance in this game, I've spent $0 and it has taken me a while, but I have prospered. Every time I have an issue it takes some badgering, but they always resolve them. I have played this game for over 3 years now.
On going from previous comments it gets worse. You strengthen your fleet in various ways one is ship accessories that modules are needed for. I was maxed at 100 L5 modules and suddenly 60 dissapeared. Support say 6. That is just me other players are considering taking legal action against both Google play and Apple. so they pull the game on Apple and Android support is non existent. Not only is support non existent, the game is on auto with no bug fixes or improvements
been playing this game for 4 years or more and today cant login as it wont download the updates and devs dont reply to emails by the looks of it

I have major problems when i make a purchase of any amount but i mostly make a purchase of $100 for gems when i do. The problem is i don't receive my gems for several days or week later. I constantly email developers multiple times per day for help and to get my gems and accumulation but they simply do not respond back to my mails at all. I have to call Google and get Google to handle the problem. I've played naval age for over 4 years and have spent thousands of dollars on the game and get treated like this. When i purchase the gems i need them right then so the developers make me miss out on a lot that i need to build my account power. They have begun to cause so many problems and issues for me. It's like not only am I fighting against the other players in the game but I'm fighting against the makers of the game itself because they cause me to miss out on so much that i need to build power on my account. I wouldn't get involved in this game as a new player and definitely don't invest any money into the game.
Support steam rolls you when they cannot fix their glitches. Just a standard reply basically telling you they are not willing to fix their mistakes. They lack integrity.
Great game but the dev's are inept and terrible. They constantly make the DUMBEST mistakes and shouldn't be doing anything other than trying to graduate from kindergarten.
after newest update it told me that I need to install the update. It just says pending and won't install whatsoever.

If game devs would pay for their mistakes instead of taking peoples money and then saying sorry, I would say download this. But they're making a living making mistakes at players expense.
This game is now rubbish .forced to merge with us servers invluding time diff.i will no longer play
Devs are continusly improving game but to be competitive you'll need money and alternate accts
I have played this game alot till the login for facebook was taken away now i hope to get the button back have spent enough money on game and would like to spend more but without my real army i dont wqnt to spend anymore money on this game

Game freezes alot... Load time between areas is slow.....
Good game without having to permanently click on things every 2 seconds like many games are. Can be played without having to pay although it is slower. If you want to pay the price ramps up very quickly.
Used to be OK, now this stupid app keeps crashing & losing your character & all progress. Uninstalling, thanks for nothing
I've been playing this game for over a year. I've spent over $200 usd. Now I can't even login. I want my money back
I can't log in with my fb account can you please resolve this issue because I've been on this game a few years and want to keep playing just don't want to end up starting all over again

game wont let you even log in, it says some email is bound to the device even tho its a brand new device there is noway thats possible, even when you first dowload it you have to fight just to get to the login becuase it keeps crashing, the concept is good so i gave 1 start, also when you goto watch the video on youtube that has been removed so i suppose that show you everything you need to know. dont waste your time people and 100% do not provide your email.
