It was nice using the app, except for the fact that international users like me are having a hard time collecting and buying cookies. I wish you could just expand the free cookies and have different payment methods.

Can't download any novel/comic.. and I don't know why or how to fix that. :( I have fast internet and a large storage but still can't download..

Unable to make purchases unless you go through self-verification which is impossible for someone like me who lives outside of Korea. If you're okay with being able to read certain novels for free bit by bit each day I guess this app is fine, but to actually start reading a novel I would recommend Ridibooks. Also the interface is a bit clunky for reading.

It is ideal for those who are learning korean and wants to reach to a higher level of vocabulary. I very much recommend it.

Please add even an auto translate option for other languages for the novels. Even when I pay for episodes, I can't read them on the web since the website only shows the free episodes and the paid episodes are locked in Korean on the app. Other than that, the app is fluid, fast responding, easy to use and move around in even though I'm not good with Korean. An abundance of amazing content!

Dear Naver, I've been trying to sign up with new acc or sign in either by facebook and line account but neither works. When i try to sign up with a new account, the page says " sign up is limited temporarily. Please contact customer service" So, what should i do? Please, please, please kindly fix this issue. I've read a few comments with the same issue at the google play store. I didn't expect that It turns out to be true. Thank you

I can't read because it only has one language

Was super excited this app was available in my country. Was not hyped at the idea of them wanting all my DL# and other sensitive information to be able to purchase stuff, no matter how much I like a story it's not worth the risk of identity theft. Credit cards can be cancelled, that info can't be. Should partner with international companies for vetting such as PayPal/Google/etc. Even those don't request ID numbers and whatnot.

Love all Navers apps, wish it would be available in english or its incorporate in webtoon app 'cause of the payment. Tons of great stories. No offense to koreans, we're actually envious. I think it would lessen the number of plagiarism if it would be translated. I don't mind paying if i can read those good novels😍. I wish i have the time to learn a new language; english alone is hard. Don't be harsh to the international readers:we're just shouting "oppa!" until it's available or we learn hangul

Please add english auto translation to tha app. There are tons of people willing to pay for the service.

I hate this app for not having any other language option. Furthermore it don't allow you to translate in any ways possible while i got an ads in my browser and it translated. I clicked it and signed up using browser, in english. Then when i wanted to read one, it linked to this app. I patiently installed this, and surprise!!! WE DON'T HAVE ANY OTHER LANGUAGES OPTION.

It's a great app! Everything is in korean, so you need to be able to read korean; i guess low rating from people who can't read korean maybe there should be a disclaimer if there isn't already one? I mean... the app isn't a place where works translated in english are posted. That would be more webtoon, tapas, etc. I like how unlike kakao page, it's available to people who live abroad but still can read korean.

Its good actually if you want to read manhwa even if you know korean a little but to read novel its kinda hard bcs you cant use translator 😭😭

I really like this app the only thing that i finde to be disappinting is that i cant buy coins.

It's a good app, if you can't read Korean I'd suggest not expecting anything though. The app doesn't support English, but hopefully it could in the future? I think the app would get a lot of new users if it was like Webtoon where fansubs are made into official subs after proofreading, and editing.

Impossible to make purchase in a foreign country

Everything is well but if you provide atleast language setting in english there are plenty of viewers who wants to keep updated so if the app language can be changed it would be better.

Series is for the Korean web NOVELS, you will need to know korean to read content! Webtoons are located in the Naver webtoon app, if you would like english you'll need to download "webtoon" app- WT is slowly gaining its korean counterparts in english but it relies on fan translation so it is often behind 5-7 episodes....

I honestly don't get why people rage about the app not providing English services. Like the pictures of the app is in Korean and you are looking at a Korean app with novels in Korean??? If you can't understand it, why did you download it in the first place??? Learning Korean would be a good idea instead of complaining about the app not being in English:) 당연한듯 뻔뻔하게 요구하지말고 배울 생각들을 하세요^^

It's overall a good app; very well organized and easy to maneuver through the app. However, naver in general is horrible at identifying your identity

Everytime I'm trying to make an account it always end with only limited users or something, and always. Actually, mine is not the first who speak out this issues but there is no serious respond whatsoever from NAVER. Please fix this bug asap, cause it has been there for too long

After reading reviews where people are saying quit complaining, learn Korean, you're no better than Americans who tell people in the US to speak English. Some people just can't learn a second language, I should know, I'm Hispanic and tried several times over to learn Spanish and have an in law who has tried for years to learn English so he can become a citizen. There's no need to shame people cause we aren't all on the same level. There is nothing wrong wishing to included in something you love

Terrible junk app. Try log in on the app but can't log in. In browser I can link with my line ID in log in option. What's wrong with the app!!! Wasted many time with this trashy app.

Great app! This app is for Korean or people who can read Korean language. Why should you expect everything is able to be translated in English or other languages? Learn Korean if you want to read. It's pathetic peoole think it is normal everything should be in English.

I was introduced to navers wide selection of novels through various of websites and I instantly fell in love willing to buy novels such as the remarried empress! However there are many novels I cannot read due to them only being in korean so there's no option for the huge english audience as we are forced to download the app to read. Plz translate novels to english

I nees english version, i read novel in a website and the novel was taken down with naver, it's ok i think i can read it on naver series, but actually I CAN'T BECAUSE IT'S ALL IN KOREAN... WHY YOU HURT ME N MAKE ME DISAPPOINTED!

Pretty good if you can read Korean... only problem is that only limited novels are free . Even if I want to pay, it is impossible to pay with American dollars.
