Naver papago Translate

Recently the app just keeps showing network issues, its been more than a month. I have checked my network and there internet is very smooth for me. There are many fetures on the apps that web version does not provide. Please fix this.

It's a wonderful app I've been using it for years now but I'm facing a problem. The text isn't getting translated at all and I can't quite figure out where the issue is, I even checked the settings and couldn't find any setting related to my problem. Please solve the problem.

Used to be good until the latest update ruined the UI.. 1. Now, the floating "mini translation" in the background requires extra clicks and pasting to translate, and the floating button is a pain to close 2. Papago now has "detect language" as default. It's slow and sometimes hangs. I only use Korean-english and it would be good to bypass this in the settings, similar to Google translate. Because of these changes, it now takes 2x longer to translate anything from the web or chats.

The update made my translations worse. The new format uses boxes around each word (like Goggle Translate format). It merges everything together instead of using spacing like the original format. I was able to take a picture and it will translate onto the picture. That was much easier to follow. Now, it gives you a script. It will merge words together and then mistranslate it all. I tried to take a pic of a menu (each line is a different item). The new format merged it all together. Really bad😑

Very easy app to use, and does what it's advertizing. I only used this to translate Japanese text, but in my experience it worked 96% of the time, not bad. Sometimes though, the app would just glitch and stay there without translating anything. I have to reboot it.

I'm a very difficult person to please when it comes to quality and or customer service. Recently went to Mexico not knowing a lick of Spanish. Using the voice translator and vice versa for the other person for a surgery. This app literally saved my life. I will always use this app for any country outside the states. Certainly, a must have!!!! Proud customer. This app shouldn't be free to use. It's too good to be true 🤌🏾

I absolutely loved this app for a long time now. It helps me learn Korean better and also I have a friend from Korea and we are good friends for more than a year. Although because of language barrier we cannot talk over the phone, this app was a saviour for both of us as we could text well. But it is not working for the past few days and i am not unable to translate. I am using Google translate instead but the language there is too formal and as friends we use informal speech. Fix the problem

It translates properly I guess. But it gives Me flash cards of English words when im trying to learn Korean and. To sign into Naver is IMPOSSIBLE, I mean its hard to find a username to satisfy the app for my log in but it's still refusing to sign me up, I do not like that

Sometimes the translation is decent but sometimes is not. But oh well, I still grateful for this app because they never add premium upgrade and let people use it for free.

This app was working great earlier but now since a few days it's not working properly. When i translate ' live ' (living) it says 라이브 fix this asap pls

The translated content is not at the right place. It always shifted to the nearby. But it only happened when I choose to translate to Chinese (Tranditional). And it sometimes translated in Chinese (Simplified). Papago used to be a very powerful tool for me but now not anymore... Please fix it😥 감사합니다!!!

It translates wonderfully! 10x better than Google translate. 100% recommend. There's quite a few different language options, and you can even use images to translate. Super useful and VERY easy to navigate.

A terrible app. It used to translate really well, but now it doesn't work at all. The sentences don't make sense, and when I put the same phrase into a different translator, it gets something completely different. And now when I take a picture, it takes so long to load the translation when it used to translate immediately.

It is extremely easy to use and seems to be very accurate. It understands terms in Korean popular culture, like K-pop idol nicknames. It is helping me to practice speaking Korean and therefore learn the language much faster than I was before. Great app.

The application is good and very easy, but why is the Arabic language not available? I use it as a Japanese translation, but I do not fully understand English, so I hope you will put the Arabic language. Thank you

I wanted to login and when i was choosing my username and i was gonna click sign up but then it did not sign up!! The username was like 8+ characters like come on!! :(

I like the app, I've been trying to learn korean and i think this app is pretty helpful, but as time went on it started to give unaccurate translations. A simple "no" can turn into a whole sentence, It can be really confusing especially for non-fluent korean speakers like me.

Papago had stop working suddenly. It was doing fine on Friday. I updated the app even reinstalled it but still it is not working. The app is showing three dots whenever I am trying to translate anything. Also, the image translating feature is not working. It always shows the error saying check your internet connection. I have already checked, the internet connection is fine. But still papago is not working. Please resolve this issue.

it was okay when i first downloaded it. But now the translation is way more different from what you really want to say. Please fix the translation. If possible please bring back how it was before the update. 🙏🏻😔

I love it so much. aside from accurate translation, there's also the option where you can translate the image so you can read what's in it. thank you so much for making this amazing app

I tried to use this to translate web version of finished Webtoon but it still didn't translate the words. Unless i took a ss of it the use it as a reference to read the words then it works.

I am using this for a long time, at it's so easy to translate your every expression and words. But for last 2 days, it stopped working at all. I even uninstalled and installed again but no difference. It isn't translating at all, not even the word hello in Korean. Please fix this bug asap!!

Although it's not perfect yet, it have been improved a lot!! I know there are still some strange translation but I'm sure this AI based translation technology will get much better and by 2025, almost all AI based translation will be 99.99% perfect not only Korean <-> English but Korean <-> many other foreign languages. I love this App..!!

Image translations won't work anymore. Sometimes when I try to pick a photo to translate, the screen goes black. Other times, it does take me to my files but no photos or folders show up, the screen just freezes. Please help!!

The app was working absolutely fine for me. I don't know what happened, it stopped translating in the middle all of a sudden and tells me that I've a bad connection although my internet is working perfectly fine. Please fix this issue. I'm extremely disappointed.

First of all sorry for rating this low. I love this app because this help me translate every words correctly in other language. I'll do recommend other too. But nowadays it's not working properly evey time it's show your internet connection is not working kind of popup though the speed of connection is perfect. It's a humble request to you to fix it soon as soon as possible. It's getting difficult to translate now.

I'm using this for a long time, it was doing fine just two days before but it suddenly stop working. I really had a good experience while using papago.... But recently 2months it's really not working..... It's not showing any translation ... Please fix it soon.. always showing that you don't have data connection instead of having full connection.... Please fix this. We really feel problem

It was used to work good but it is not working well during these days. I updated it.but it not worked. Iam facing problems cause I attend Korean classes and the words that I don't understand, I translate them with the help of this app but now it's not good😕.......

Could you include the image and offline translation for German language as well? This is the best interface I have ever used. (Recent update for Google translate interface is horrendous so I am switching to other translators.)
