The app is ok, it'd be better if it remebered your finger scan. Annoying!! (Just like there banking rules). Even after you manually sign in, when you go to re-enable the finger scan , 9 times out 10, it will not enable.
Using Navigant online banking for 2 years. Great app. Never have to look for old checks or statements...everything I need is in one place. If you happen to run into an issue, your local branch will help you thru it, either by phone or at the branch face to face. Couldn't be happier.
Great app, but should deduct ALL pending transactions from available balance. It's strange how some transactions are deducted and some are not. I would love to know the reasoning behind this practice. It can be pretty confusing at times.
Super handy to have on all my devices. Allows me to check balances, payment and deposit status, as well as cancel, edit, or add an automatic payment. Love having this access and not being tied to my computer.
This app just stopped working. After you logon and confirm the text message, app goes into a "please wait" loop and never come out of it. Going on since yesterday. Android 12. Why do I have to endorse the check with "for NCU mobile deposit only"? If something goes wrong I want to be able to deposit the check to my other bank whose mobile deposit is less cumbersome that this.
I love the app as much as I love the credit union! The people there are not only helpful and friendly, they proactively contacted me to address an issue with my business account. I highly recommend Navigant!
Not intuitive. I have been doing on-line banking for many years. It seems each transaction requires a visit to the branch or a phone call which is disappointing for a "community" credit union.
I loved the app before really organize and I could what I spend through out the day, but the update really messed that up. Everything literally everything is just all bunched together, why switch something that was so good, everything else in the app was amazing and they had to switch what ashame
I've been trying to log in all day and nothing. Can't display my information at this time. I understand maitenance, but it's been 16 hours.
Very easy to navigate and use. Does go down for maintenance but that is good that they keep up on updates. Especially security
Remote check deposit does not work on latest version of Android. Tap the screen once...or a thousand times and nothing happens. Used to work fine before. How does something like this get missed?
Since the last update I cannot login via the app. The login button will not work. My credentials work both in my mobile and desktop browsers.
This is a solid, nicely designed banking app. Simple to log in, easy to view balances, make transfers, etc.
Works well with no issues. Used for checking balances, transfers, and deposits with no problem. Navigant has been great to me and my family.
I absolutely despise this app. They make you jump through hoops over and over! Then after you do everything they say they tell you you've gone over your time!!!! I've never, EVER been able to do anything on this stupid app. You're crazy if you get it!!!!!!
I have a Kyocera Duraforce pro, and check deposits still don't work but they work perfectly fine on my friends phone... This is becoming very annoying after nothing has been done about it
Instructions very clear it make sure that you have a good picture love it saves lots of time. I have never had any problems depositing checks this way.
The app for Android has been extremely slow for the last few days and i wasn't able to log in after multiple attempts. Thherefore i was unable to do my banking
Good overall, I do have trouble with taking pics of checks, it's like check is in reverse on camera, it's kind of frustrating.
I'm still New to all this technology, but it sure is a time saver, and I trust the people at Navigant. Not corporate robots like my last bank, Citizens. Just regular people. That speaks loudly to me.. Charlie H.
I've never had any issues with this app and I've also used Navicant Credit Union my whole life. They have always been amazing and they're app is the same.
Used to be great app. Now cannot login. Just get the "please wait" with the circle. Cannot login on the app anymore. Have to use a computer. Boooo
Works fine to check your balance, but I can't for the life of me get the remote check deposit picture to take. I've been trying for over an hour now. If I can't get it to work today, I'll havr to find a new credit union in my new place of residence.
Have difficulty with Bill Pay when making multiple payments. Single payments are fine, however. Messaged branch for assistance, but received no response.
Transfers are easy. However, you should send an alert to us before freezing our card, if you question a transaction. It can be embarrassing to have card declined.
Very easy to use, see balances, transfer from account to account and bill pay.
A very easy app having all accounts connected to each other for easy transfers. Mobile deposit is also super convenient feature.
Great app. Suggestion would be on the pay bills section to display the dates as a calendar instead a scroll through list of dates.
Love this bank and app. I dont like how long some payments pend before showing up and I dont like how a few mobile deposits have failed to go through the first time, but these are small issues in the grand scheme of things and everything does work eventually. Small local banks are the best and the service has been great.
