This app is absolute garbage! It does not save any of the highlights that I make in the books I use through this app, half the bookmarks don't get saved, and the text-to-speech is awkward. I also noticed that some of the books in this app when downloaded, do not mirror the hardcover books. I can see why it has such a low rating, and unfortunately It seems like it's the only app I can use for the books that I have for school.
Uses tons of precious mobile data though it supposedly already downloaded the whole book on WiFi. Search function does not work, it makes it hard to get through 1,500 pages unable to search for what I need. Keyboard won't load. Turning pages takes a while. Zoom is slow and clunky.
Horrible. Keyboard doesn't load up, meaning I have to type the words on a different app, copy, then paste it on this app. It also doesn't offer an audio book format that my online textbook offers.
Is there an update in the works? I finally got a new phone after 6 years, and whereas before, being told my OS was too old, now its saying the app version is too old, lol. I cant win with technology.
This app would be a lot more helpful if it had a help you read it feature I downloaded this book to see if I can find a way for my phone to help me read this book a little better I can't find anything to help
I could never login. I followed the directions and tried a few different times after using my materials in my browser.
Book/app won't open i keep Uninstaller the app and reinstalling it. And am not making any progress.
Useless. It wont allow me to even long in despite changing my password and my desktop site being set up and working.
Constantly have problems with this app, extremely annoying
My phone crashed while DOWNLOADING the app. Not even on my phone yet. Not a good look.
Constantly loses place in book when changing apps and constantly needs to redownload books "error please redownload book"
Can't even log in, keeps saying to first launch on website which have already done kept trying, just gave up on it
Cannot log in. Email & username work on computer and chrome on android, but not in the app
The keyboard keeps flaking out. The app keeps closing while being used.
This doesn't work on my computer (apple) or my phone (Android). You should fix it or disable it!!!
trying to use this for an EMT 1 and ETT class for the fire service is impossible. its an active hinderance to the united states emergency services
Horrible product. Does not even allow you to login. Why create an app if you refuse to fix it?
Cannot login at all. Complete app failure.
Zoom feature is so bad I had to screen cap pages just to read them
There is no way anyone could ever use this app as it preforms on my tablet.
Trash. My keyboard wouldnt even pop up for me to sign in and I have a newer phone too.

Keyboard to log in won't pop up
On screen keyboard doesn't come up. Highlighter is erratic and doesn't work half the time. Downloaded the book MANY times and it still doesn't work when I'm out of reception. Frustrating. If my book wasn't 100 lbs, I would give up on this app all together.
