App is beyond terrible. I've had to redownload the textbooks almost weekly due to " something went wrong" error ( one textbook for some weird reason takes almost an hour to download... The heck is up with that?). It's constantly popping notifications about my WiFi connecting, disconnecting when app isn't in use ( why is this happening). Highly recommend using website access and avoid this app.

This app is truly awful. If I were fully relying on the digital copy of my textbook, I would be screwed. It keeps telling me to redownload the book. I've done that, still getting the same error message. Tried reinstalling this garbage app, and that didn't help either. The textbook was over $200. I genuinely feel everyone who has been subjected to this horrid app deserves a partial refund. 100% the worst user experience ever.

The app treats the text-to-speach audio like it's a phone call, not standard audio, and will not play through my headphones or my Bluetooth speaker, it will only play directly through my device speakers. Extremely lacking and inconvenient.

"something went wrong" This is the second time I'm having to delete and redownload the "book" on my phone. I haven't had this issue on my fire tablet for what that's worth. There is factually incorrect information in at least one of the mini chapter quizzes, and there is no mechanism to report it. All in all, if the book/app was free I'd rate it a 3, maybe even a 4, butI paid nearly 300 dollars for this, I expect the quality to reflect the price and it doesn't.

Using it to read the e-book and take quizzes for fire 1/2 and it works well and is easy to navigate, only issue is that every few days I have to uninstall and reinstall the app and download the book to be able to view it. If they could fix this, it'd be a great tool since you can have the book if you have your phone regardless of reception.

This app crashes 3 seconds after I start it. V1.0 was so much better. It only works on my iPad, and that's only if I don't use the expand/collapse in the Book Information. Not cool when you pay 400 bucks for fire 1 and EMT, and you can't reliably use the mobile platform. I know it can be as good as it once was. When it is again, I'll update my review.

Terrible app, constantly crashes. I can't even get in open now. Which is very frustrating when you need to to access subscription based material that you are paying for and only have a limited time to use.

When the app works its good but after opening the book a few times it forces me to delete and re-download. I hardly turn to the ebook but it's helpful when I'm not with my textbook to use, but of course that's only when it's working. I already get upset having to spend this much money on an ebook to only have it expire and not be able to access it after a certain date.

It constantly makes me redownload the book and the option to have it read to you doesn't work anymore. It will show up like its reading to you, you can push the pause/play button all day long and it doesn't do anything

Terrible. Always crashes. Update 12 October 2021 Reinstalled Navigate 2 app. Works on my mobile devices - including text to speech which allow me to study while driving. Made good progress with the app!

Won't open on Samsung Tab S7

The app crashes and cannot play in the background. Once the screen is idle, the app shuts off. A poorly created app.

I really wish we had the room here to explain the kind of ridiculous logic used by this company. Try resetting your password on their website. Its garbage. Hundreds of dollars for their books and they cant get small things right. The text to speech on this program is garbage as well. 99% of the time it starts you back at the beginning of the chapter! When you have 200 pages to read and study in an afternoon you dont have time for this kind of incompetence!!! Fix your #$@&!

The app sometimes closes after I open it, and I can't even access my textbook. It says "Something went wrong. Please download the book again.". There does not appear to be a way to do this through the app itself, though.

I'm on a Oneplus 7 Pro, the most powerful phone on the market as of this posting, running the latest software and this app does not work. pulls up my available books but you cannot open them.

Haven't been able to access my book. Keeps crashing and saying I need to re-download which also didn't fix anything.

Works excellently for me. I'm not sure what the other reviewers are having issues with, but its working perfectly for me. It even saved my highlights and notes from my laptop 👍🏽

Every few days it tells me there's an error and I need to redownload the book. Really annoying.

Excellent App!!! Their is no login issue I'm facing. We've to launch book atleast first time on web reader browser so that we can login into app or another way is that we can open reader page on device browser and then click on "Open in App" button to directly login into app.

Every time I go to open a book I get an error "something went wrong. Please download the book again" I have to redownload the same book multiple times a day.

My book opened fine the first time. Now, it won't open unless you remove the book and re-download it. You will have to repeat this each time you use the book.

I can't access my book. Every time I try, it tells me that "something went wrong," and I need to "download the book again, " despite there not being an option to download the book.

This app worked great the 1st time I used it. Now it just gives me an error "something went wrong " and doesn't work.

Awkward to use at times. You have to sometimes delete and re-download to get a ebook to work. Added new books online but only 1 shows up on the app

As of right now I have logged into the website and am able to use all functionality online. However this app is not allowing me to log in.

Works once and then not at all. No matter how many times it is Uninstalled and reinstalled and delete/reload the book it does not work

Can't download my books. I have a Galaxy S8 Plus. I can go online and use the browser, but the app will not let me download my books that the app shows me owning

it wont let some of you log in until you activate the book from the website, if you guys read the book as badly as you read instructions you may as well drop out of school, works fine.
