Navigator Credit Union

Since my latest update. I have issues with a built in security feature that is telling me there are applications running that have the potential to interfere and inputs will be ignored. I have a Samsung Galaxy 6. Never had an issue before but this app just keeps getting worse... like the CU.

It has the basics which are good, but it would be nice if I could search to see if a specific check# cleared or could get push notifications that something went through or if I'm close to my minimum balance threshold.

Extremely slow at random moments, which leads to random failed transactions, which leads to my card eventually locked. Extremely frustrating

This app is very user-unfriendly. I could not find a way to make a deposit on-line. I was unable to use PayPal to pay a loan. So frustrated!!!

i usually love this app but lately it will not load after the password screen. i have already sent in a request for it and it is still not fixed

Seriously probably one of the best apps for a bank I have ever used. A must have if you have Navigator which is a great Credit union!!!!

This bank is garbage, when I first started with them I wait 3 months to get access to one check I put in and since then the app is breaking down weekly, today I wasted my HOUR BREAK just trying to get access to my money and i still didn't get to eat anything and when I called the bank I got nothing I don't recommend this bank at all

app doesnt work since my s9 updated. I like the app and would love for someone to figure out why.

Wish they update credit info, just as fast as everything else, but no complaints.

I can't get the mobile deposit feature to wotk; I keep getting a notifocation that says "internal system error".

since the update on my Samsung galaxy s9 my app has been shut down and its been telling me to reboot it

this app is not working .first time I've ever had problems with it but it has been down for almost 2 weeks

Fix the app please since my Note 9 updated this app has crashed before I sign in.

Will not open. keeps telling me to reboot my phone.

I wish I could change auto pay dates without having to call the office.

This app needs to be updated to the 4.6.81 version plesse update

I was having the same problem and what I did was deleted old app and added new app

its broke. throwing errors

App fails when I change the date and submit in the bill pay section.
