Not working, crashes, no update for Android 10. Since was guaranteed a lifetime, I want the nearly £60 back I have paid for this.
Why the app is crashing I have bought the app when it was 80 dollars. Fix it or give me money back also google playstore you have fault in this

It's the best GPS on the market, but you since are going to close doors, I want my money back and this app removed from library. I tired of losing money on products that the programs just simple give up. This is my first complain. Sorry. Waiting for a feedback. Thanks a lot
Good program that works fine it was the MOST reliable navigator on the market
Here’s a story Once upon not so long ago a time, somebody bought a Garmin product to navigate through Europe. With the promise to use the maps for as long as he likes. Now the app talks to you, directs you but no longer shows any of the promised lifelong maps….. On the website Garmin says goodbye (but what they really mean is duck you customer, your maps no longer work and you just flushed your money down the drain). Congrats Navigon and Garmin for politely treating your customers like fools. Will never buy and make sure nobody I know buys anything from your crooked company. Best Regards, Georg Schmid

I never had problems, i had before but bugs, this is the best. Thank you garmin to drive always where i want.
Navigation features are ok, but full of bugs. Crashes permanently, saved routes can neither be restored nor deleted, routes sometimes not even generated w/o restart, and so on. Hint that Navigon can be easily contacted for support is not enough for me; from an App of this price I simply expect it is working. It's the supplier's task to ensure this. Full stop. I used to like the app but it feels I have been cheated. Just changed phones and the new phone (still Android 6) is not compatible according to their registration process... They told me the new version of Navigon they have does not register the same way and would work, or I need to purchase another phone (new phone is 5 days old)... I asked it they could transfer my purchase to this new Navigon app and cancel the old one, their answer: ''We are unable to transfer your purchase to another app or offer a discount for the NAVIGON (7-day-free-trial-version) app because of your purchase of the NAVIGON Europe app. The purchase is still valid and retrievable. '' There goes 70 euros in the garbage bin... :(
Worst app. App was much better before. It hangs a lot. Since its using here maps so why one should not use here maps directly. Very generic answer to my rating, contact customer service which would lead to nothing. Better solution is to uninstall the app and enjoy the life.
Not reliable. Very often I get "route can not be calculated (472)". What does that mean? My route settings and every other settings are in order. Edit: So sick of it now- all downloaded maps disappear on a regular basis and I need to doenload again. Went through 3 countries fine; on departure of the return leg no maps are left.
Won't accept that i declined the end user licence agreement. Keeps asking me every time i start it. It runs without accepting it. I don't want to share my data with navigon.
This navigon is wasting money for me,paid it full price for Europe and all the extra things in the app and still comes out (an error occurred on the app) I'll stay with a good old Google maps,never disappointed from google,if ther was 0 rating for navigon,i would give it right away
This program worked for 2 years. Now it requires internet access even thought i have downloaded the maps. Without offline i might as well use google. It simply won't work offline.
App crashes as soon as I open it on my s8 edge
Have used this app on previous phones. Now have a Samsung S8, installs but when launched it says error
An Error has occurred! Tried to contact costumer service but that a mission, after 10mi. there was still no chance of contacting them, not happy at all!

What happened? All of a sudden a GPS connection can't be established anymore.
What alternative will people who paid for the app and tons of expensive adds get?

Was very pleased with the app for years. Have paid full price for both US and Europe version. Now it does not work anymore. Claims it cannot get connection even if all other apps and Internet is switched on and working perfectly. Bought the app and download the maps to be able to use it offline. I do not need a connection to use it, and do not want to connect to the network to use it.
Doesn't work. I used app for several years and it was great, recently it just stopped to work, it shows only black screen, that was on Galaxy S7, now I use One Plus 3T and app still doesn't work, it shows just black screen. That is not acceptable for paid app. I paid for app, for map updates, I bought HUD and all money went to trash. Two stars only because it was very good in past. I got very fast response from support team and my problem solved now!
Do not buy. You're better off buying a proper sat nav or learning to use one of the free apps. If you really want one, seriously just go to Tesco and get a cheap sat nav, you'd be much better off. Navigon uses 'here maps' which is awful. I live in central Manchester and the roads in the city cetre are out of date. I shudder to think what it'd be like elsewhere! Also if you try and point it out online, Navigon fob you off and send you to Hear Maps who want you to draw exactly where its wrong - ridiculous for a service you have to pay for!!!! Nightmare. There are also loads of extras that you have to pay for. Its an awful service with out-dated maps dressed up as a premium quality app. Save your money and AVOID.
The whole experience felt like a scam. The single most expensive yet useless piece of crapware I've experienced in a decade of apps on Android.
