Works great on samsung s7 edge android 8.0.
I have both a Galaxy 8+ and Note 8 and the application will not open. You receive a error. It is very disappointing that Navigon works but Navigon USA is broken. I am not willing to pay another 50.00 for another app from Garmin. Not Good! Please offer a refund or migration path from Navigon USA to Navigon with the North American maps.
Very good graphic guys, and to you with note 8, i have a note 8 to,the app wouldn't work if you downloaded from other source without paying for it. I strongly recommend to Garmin to add features so we can alert for police etc like waze or otherwise no one will buy your app anymore.
Really shows its age, both graphically and in terms of features. Search doesn't work offline, but the semi-hidden "Set Destination" does. Has the typical old GPS problems like being unable to navigate to a city without an address.
I had LG G4 and the app worked great. Now I have a G6 and I just get an error when I try to open it! All good now, good service from the support team.
I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and got an error upon opening. Used to work great for many years. Now it's useless. Please help!
It would be nice to have a multiple address upload feature and the route optimized with the multiple stops optimized. Entering each address individually is tedious and time consuming when a person is dealing with 30+ addresses in a day.
Works great and is the most accurate and consistent navigation app I have used. Any chance of getting 3D buildings in the near future? Oh, and a full screen option? Thanks!
B4 navigon works without Internet which is what I wanted. Now, it needs to be connected. No sense of using it when there is google map.

Its a scam of $40... Please refund my money.. This app never worked since day 1. Google promoting these scammers on Play store.. They won't even refund..its so complicated to use..for everything it asks money..all theting options are extra money they ask for..till today I couldn't figure out how to enter an address..its complete junk
I've had this app for years. New version doesn't work for me.
Bought live update for traffic information. In LA traffic this is mandatory to navigate relayable. However never got traffic information even with a relayable internet connection. Moreover don't get a reply from customer support scince a week.
Use to be the best nav app hands down. I have purchased for Android and iOS. Latest update is stuck on map manager keeps wanting to re-download maps. I emailed tech support no help "they only support mobile devices" I have an Android radio. That's funny the previous Navigon versions and every other nav app on the Playstore works just fine. Other reviews on here have same issue.
I have been a huge fan of this app for years and that why I make sure that it is on every phone I own. The latest update which I received on my Galaxy Note 5 last month gave the app a fresh new look. I just upgraded to the LG v20 this week and tried to install my Navigon on it and now it doesn't work anymore. It won't download the system files and my paid app is useless. I am in the process of trying to get my issue resolved through the developer but I am not too optimistic.
It cannot connect to register and then crashes with an error message: an error occurred. GARMIN....FYI THERE IS NO WAY TO RESPOND AND SEND THINGS TO SUPPORT IF THE APP WON'T EVEN START. I have been using this app for many years. I hate to not have it now. Because the app will not start there is no welcome email except one that is very old.
Navigon is working well on my Note 4 and Samsung Galaxy S2 tablet BUT the voice keeps telling me "CAUTION" WHEN THERE IS NO NEED FOR CAUTION! I've looked through the settings and can't find where I can turn them off. This is very annoying!!! HELP PLEASE!
Great convenience of having one device that does it all. Seldom crashes. Only issue is with phone calls. Wish that it would automatically minimize and then go back to full screen once you're done talking on the phone. Traffic function seems to reroute well, as well. Otherwise near perfect for me and the LG G3. UPDATE: Have both Navigon USA & Europe. Europe works, USA gives me the message that "an error occurred" and shuts down immediately! Drop from 4 stars to 2 stars. UPDATE: Just removed both the Europe and USA versions and reinstalled both. Now works great! Back up top 4 stars. :-)
Navigon used to be a good app. not sure what happened. Now with my Samsung Galaxy S 2 no sound is output through the headphone jack. This makes the app useless in my car as I plug this in to the aux in jack of my stereo. I wish I could get my money back. Update won't run at all on galaxy s7
I have been using the iPhone app for years and love it. I recently bought an 8" Android tablet and couldn't wait to use navagon on an 8" screen. I was disappointed to find that many of the features I often used with the iPhone app were missing from the Android app. And most of all there was no in app control for the volume. With the volume turned all the way up on the tablet navagon can barely be heard. Come on navagon what's up? Fix this lackluster Android app. Especially the volume problem. This Android app just isn't on par with the iPhone app. Why not??????????
Paid $40 when this came out several years ago and it was worth it, now I have to pay more to use it periodically and it is inferior to most other free apps.
Keeps saying I have no connection to Internet. You can just refund my purchase.
It was a very useful app until the latest update. Now when I try to start it, I get nothing but a black screen.
A good useful GPS that you can use without running it off your data plan.

this app was my most favorite Nav app of all time...then...after the update it won't connect to the servers at all...it asked me to download selected areas again...i downloaded every one of them...now it just goes to that screen then closes the app...can't use anymore. kind of sad...
I had paid $50 for this and then spent more for additional things. I should be able to continue using this on my phone even if product support ended. We got ripped off by Garmin. Give us a full refund!!!
