It used to be a good app, but lately, a lot of loads have been postíng on the wrong pick-up dates. I don't know if it is because they want to make it seem that they have a lot of loads available al the time.
Obviously the app has been updated to a new format... it automatically reset to the top of the listing if you're looking at a particular group available loads. This is quite frustrating because if you click on a load that is 10 or 15 loads down so that you can see the details of the load when you come back to the main screen it takes you all the way back to the top of the listing and you have to scroll down and find the load again. The old version did not do that.
I am owner operator.this is worth broker I have ever seen.they don't care about owner operator.i had returned item to shiper and more than 12 hours detention.after one week ,after many email and call, they didn't send my updated rate confirmation. No body answer if you have detention or returned item.the employees are not professional .it is better to book load with other brokers
App is decent. When you open a load to see the details and go back to your load search it takes you to the beginning of the search. HORRIBLE RATES too.
Use to really like this app. Now the loads aren't in any kind of order. And I hate having to start back at the top of the search after looking at details of a load. PLEASE MAKE THIS APP SO THAT YOU CAN SORT THE RESULTS OF YOUR SEARCH BY DISTANCE!!!
Ch robinson is getting better and better every year. I love the new updates on the app. I can see the rates on some load and book them right away without talking to anyone. I wish they would show the rates on all loads. Updated...keep up ch Robinson I love the app with new updates.
A very good app except that the date shown on loads are different from the date you searched for.
I am falling completely out with this company I went from booking with them all the time. They took my broker away from me that works good with me. The app is completely trash. I try to book loads it tells me that it's not available. You can't reach nobody on the phone. If you do they can't do something as simple as book a load. They are trash unless you connected with the right person.
Loads are to small to be seen. If you click on one load while seaching you can't come back to it, unless you start again the seach. You get lost on this ap. Has a lot to be improved.
This app is way behind when it comes to the user experience...(compared to its competitors) You can't bid from the app like other load boards.... its 2022... the user interface is outdated.... the brokers take forever to respond to an email!!!
The app works great. If something looks off, we contact the client for a load to be updated. Updates happen immediately. However, some loads get changed at the last second without any notice. It would be useful if the app can give you a push notification whenever a change is implemented. It does not matter what type of change it is. Update: Notifications have been turned on yet I fail to receive any type of push notification. Also, the temperature for each load needs to be added in the app.
Got worse after last update. Searching for loads on 3/14, shows for 3/13. When you check again, it shows that you choose 3/13. Change it to 3/14 and it goes back to 3/13.
I've been looking for for a load all week only one I see is for a load to Cali on a flat. Ed what's the deal?
Very easy to book a load, good rates.

Some of the features that are available in this app does not work. For example updating your status, checking in etc.

Great App ! B +++ The only thing the app is missing, is a way for the Dispatcher to separate rates from low to high. I like to look for the highest best rates first and then work my way down to the lowest paying rates. I think everyone would agree this is needed. If this is and to the app, the app would be A++++.
Basically worthless. The loads that I book do not do not show up in the app, and I have it installed on 2 Android devices. I have to use the web version which is made for a desktop, not mobile devices or small tablets. And they know that there is a problem, but do they fix it? Nope.
App went to the trash the last update!! Nothing makes sense on it now.
Easy to use , just click on the desired load and it's yours. Within seconds of booking the load all paperwork is in you inbox. The app is also easy and my favorite is NO ANNOYING PHONE CALLS WHILE DRIVING

Ever since CH Robinson went to commission pay for their reps, the rates have been in the toilet. I used to haul for CH fairly regularly, but they just won't negotiate. Seems like they have a take it or leave it attitude, so I haul less and less. I still haul for them now and then, but only as a LAST resort.
Very good. Only small issue is making the load board is updated regularly. Only once have I tried to book a load that was already booked. Best I've experienced thus far. I give it an A.
I enjoy working with CH Robinson. BUT!!!! on the LTL and Partials i make too many wasted calls just to find they are not a fit. All other boards post the amount of trailer space needed or pallet count. Please if you can include this on the trailer requirement, it will go a long way in helping carriers know if the load is a fit. Thanks for the opportunity to work with you.
Crashed my internet connection on the phone! I went to give feedback through the app. As soon as i hit send and it said sent, i got a screen with error codes, my internet connection dropped. Since then phone connection has been dropping and the phone has become slow. Deleted app and reinstalled but its the phone is giving same issues now. I have to factory reset my phone thanks to the corrupt app by CH.
