Always a rough time getting app to open. Enter code and never fail to get a " unable to use token" message. Then the negative starts to happen, i' l either get onto from dispatch or broker..now gonna unistalle and reinstall in hopes it works as stated.. Not recommended!!.
Can't get the app the send the verification code!! Was told to check with my carrier (Verizon) and there is nothing on their end to prevent a text from a single number coming through. Can't tell you how many times I've smashed the "Resend Security Code" link to no avail!!
App has some bugs. I have used it several times and 30% of the time it will not acknowledge my input for arrival or departure, only to bring up my previous action at the next stop..and , Yes, I had good internet connection.
If you need a truck babysitter you should pay this money to the driver and get better drivers.
junk, can't even get past the security code sent 3 times to my phone, enter it as requested receive error code please call to verify so I can just imagine the app won't work much better and I'll always be on the phone!
The app is good to record when you're on your way or your arrival time but it automatically records departed if the truck moves once it has arrived. Several times I had to change docks & the system records my departure & I was there hours after that. Now I have to fight for my detention pay.
this app worked fine for me all last year but since the New updates I can't even receive the security code on my phone to sign in I've been told it's my carrier not so I checked I receive there text fine I've been told I have my phone set to not receive text not so I receive text everyday I've been given 2 different numbers to call and text start still no help this is really frustrating I can't keep doing this everyday for hours can anyone help resolve this issue I'm about ready to give up
Nice to have my loads at the tips of my fingers instead of loose paper floating around or having to dig through countless text messages to find pick up and delivery reference numbers.
bad update. the app was working great, and I guess they had an update. because now you can't get passed the security code. 👎
Like the app but it needs to have more information concerning what the freight is and delivering times. Please give me a call if i can help.
Complete battery drain of your phone
It's frustrating because it's great when it works, but it doesn't even work most of the time. Most of the time I get the message "No loads assigned to this phone number."
Does not work on my phone. Also simply disappeared after 3 days. Downloaded multiple times. Same thing. GHOST APP
My S20 5g phone does not show it is installed, when I want to use it I have to go to Google play store to open it. What's up with that.
Cannot get app to download. I could before the last update. Please fix install file so I can download and I will change the review.
Makes my phones internet and data driven apps all but useless.
Continues to lock up. Have been booted from the app many times. Not happy, but this is what I have to work with.
absolutely useless and badly written piece of software. forced to use it by the broker. would never use it again.
Authenticating token will not load. A blue circle keeps going. Tried different codes still not working.
App will not download, stopped working... so I tried to reinstall and now its stuck... will not install at all !!
Pretty easy to use but does not update as quickly as it should in my opinion.
