Useless. At least for my state, & that's as fast as it went. Plus there's no way to add an insurance provider, or see that this is specifically for military personnel vs spam or something more evasive. I'll raise the stars as the program progresses.

Great idea but a terrible app. I can never get in app, just a spinning wheel. And the one or two times I do get in, I sat in the waiting room for two hours just to back out and see everyone went to lunch and were offline. Useless.

I don't understand why the Navy needed it's own app when there are far better functioning apps readily available. This app requires strong wifi signal to function correctly and I don't have private access to it during the work day when my appointments are; to go home the whole thing would take 3 hours for a 1 hour appointment! On Base I'll lucky if I get half bars at 4G which causes video delays and even disconnect in the app, yet I can use Google Duo in the same conditions with no problems.

No longer Available? Why do bother to even create an app and then make service no longer available through mobile devices? For what its worth, this app actually worked for me, used it successfully several times and really liked it. However no cell access in Florida, at least.

Utterly useless. anytime you click scheduling appointment it tells you there's no appointments available and to check back later. If there's a provider online you can get in a waiting line to speak to that particular provider but you cannot send messages to your PCM, you cannot select provider if they are not online, I fail to see any usefulness from this app.

Use for the first time, it was very easy to download and connect. Honestly, waited less time than if I had gone to the doctor's office. My provider, first time meeting, was professional and inquisitive about my medical issues. Overall a great experience.

Great Tool that really worked as stated. I suggest that you are in or at a place with quality WiFi so you don't lose your connection. Overall 5 Stars 🌟!!!

The appointment was quick straight to the point and prevented me from having to drive in to the office or take off work. The service is very easy to use and take convenient to a whole new level.

Tremendously convenient since I have small children. No interruptions. It's pretty much the same as having a personal visit. Very glad this is available. Thank you!!

Exceptional experience. Got right through to a provider. She was very professional and friendly. Went over my medication and history, got right down to my needs and even got bloodwork ordered. Put my mind at ease and the app ran smoothly.

For non-emergencies, this is great! No need to sit and wait in a waiting room, just schedule an appt and talk to your provider in the app. Great way to meet your medical needs especially in this time of social distancing.

First time using it today for a follow up. Had a slight problem downloading it coz it keeps crashing but ones I did it's working fine. Easy to use. Very convenient.

Great first time experience. I was pleasantly surprised of the convenience and professional care. Didn't see the app thru Microsoft Store for my Surface. Go Play Store.

The Doctor that I chose was awesome. For virtual, he was very thorough and informative. He listened, made suggestions and was great with my son, also. The connection & clarity was great. I'll recommend and continue to use Navy Care.

First time using this app, and i was nervous at first but it was great. I normally have to drive 3 hours to see this provider and found out I was not going to be able to see her any more and this way would be my last time. I was very grateful. I was not only able to save gas, but conduct my appointment in my car while waiting for my daughter to get out of camp and also able to knock out a very important and much needed appointment. I would use it again and again.

Since when is this not available in Florida? I've used this app in Florida plenty of times and now it's saying the services aren't available in Florida? Due to my work schedule I can only do virtual appointments so I need this fixed ASAP so I can refill my prescription for my medicine!

Super easy and more convenient than going to the office if it can be avoided! Video is clear.

great! love that i didnt have to drive and interrupt my day for a 5 minute non emergency appointment. i do wish the sound was better. i had a hard time hearing him as the volume seemed low.

This app is wonderful. I was able to call in video conference to see a physician right away. When you log in you can pick from any physicians available. It was very easy to use. Recommended.

Very convenient and in the comfort of my home. There was one pause for about 5 secs during visit but overall good.

Great app. Saved me a needless trip to the Navy Hospital just to get a prescription refilled. Even got set up for my lab work for my annual physical at the same time. Win-win!

It was a little slow getting connected and staying connected but was great and easy to use!

Different but I like it. It is better than sitting at home suffering. The doctor was very nice, helpful, and professional. The wait time was minimal.
