I use it mostly to figure out calories I need for the bike. But it needs to be updated with plank times now that situps are no longer part of the PFA
Great app to use while preparing for US Navy boot camp and current US Navy Sailors. It is a great guide to use for maintaining your physical performance while in the US Navy.
Last update was in 2017..... Needs update ASAP. For an out of date app that still used ads for revenue, not cool.
Uninstalling until they actually update this with planks. Does no good to not know what is needed. Only been a year they've known about this so they don't seem to care I guess...🙄

Gave my Sailors the wrong calorie amount, this app passed them, PRIMS failed them use apps through Navy App Locker, they are official.

Awesome PRT Tracker and Prep
it gives you a base line so you know if you are close to your goal for the activities for the PFA. but I would login at work on PRIMS. as for taking and the BAC, maybe you need to rethink who or what is wrong in your life people. you or this app.
ELLIPTICAL CLSX is a few calories off from the 2017 cycle 1 standards. App is good for an estimate but PRIMS is always the best way to go.
Do not use this app for official or to determine results, refer to the practice calculator located on the PRIMS database.
Needs an update to the BCA standards. Needs to reflect the new instruction. Says a 23% body fat is a fail, which is now false in the new standards.
It's really handy to have. I don't have guess about the scores I need to get the overall that I want.
The alpha female bike scale for outstanding high is ~615?!?? I think that is just a typo, but please fix it.
Nice to have on hand for that quick go to reference. Very easy to use and understand.
Let's you know what goals have to be met for bca/pfa. Plus CFL's use it.
Not accurate information
The app is great and easy to use, the only issue is that it's out of date, the Navy PRT now has planks instead of situps and 42 push-ups instead of 45.
