Worst app I've ever used. Does not show an option to pay right from the card you selected, and does not show how much your payment needs to beor if you are due. Also if you want to schedule payments you have to navigate to another screen and does not provide setup based on the due dates. It's based on the first of the month, the 15th of the month etc. I wish there was an email that says that a payment due is coming up and telling you the amount and date.

Works great. There's an occasional glitch every now and then but works great most of the time.

Once was a 5 star...now I can only give it 1 star. Can't scroll up or down without the main menu ALWAYS popping up. Also if you are looking for a specific entry and the menu opens up then you have to start search all over, cause the list has reset itself back to the beginning!! Also can't use back buttons on mobile app anymore. I have mentioned this to anyone who would listen...oh yes we know about it and it's getting fixed...LIES!!!!

Good app, I've had little to no problems. Sometimes when I type my password in, it jumps to the username box. That's about it.

I can check my accounts, transfer money from within the app, setup notifications. Perfect for my what I need it to do.

I love the app . I can do everything in the app I need and if I have a question pretty easy to talk to some.

It's always something. App did not keep my list of billers, can't submit inquiries, occasional login issues.

Buggy and Slow You all really need to update the app. It takes far too long to sign in and to navigate from page to page. Worse even is this bug that slide out a menu any time I scroll if it happens to be slightly horizontal when I swipe. It seems like the app has gotten worse with the last update.

I LOVE my on line banking and smartcard apps. I couldn't live without them. I check my balances and transactions and deposits daily. As in 2 or 3 times a day. I HATE to talk to anyone so this app is very important to me and it always works for me. Just got our new Android phone and I just had to re-download the app and all my stuff was there. LOVE LOVE IT!!

Edit: Will it ever work? I dont remember the last time it did. My sister & I are constantly checking if it's her phone (apple) or mine (Samsung). Usually it's both. Lately, I've been checking on my phone via the website instead. FIX IT This app is starting to get on my last nerve. It's ridiculously slow whether on wifi or not. The quick glance does not update unless I force stop the full app & reopen it. Even just closing or clicking into the accts doesnt update it. Frustrating to say the least.

Works great never have a problem with this app.

Very convenient easy to maneuver through

My last two phones do not allow me to go back to previous page. I have to manually hit home to get home.The transfer feature should just be able to have the to, and fro on both selections. Other than that page is simple to use and all info I need is on there.

Always having issues logging in just cause I haven't logged in awhile. Then we are required to change our password every 3 months..it's such a hassle. I have another credit union and never have issues. Also have the same password for over 5yrs and it's user friendly unlike this app.

Not great. Everytime I try to scroll down to view my transactions, it opens up the side bar menu and I click back on the transactions and it goes back up to the begining. So annoying 😤. Other than that it's fine I guess.

Doesn't work more often than it does. Very frustrating having to constantly re-register and get a passcode just to be able to view your account balance. I have other banking apps and I have never had this many issues with them. Very disappointing since they are a bigger branch in my city!

Finally works but it's still slow. Assuming it's not an issue with the app, but their servers. Still a bit if a hassle knowing it might not work at any second. If it stays reliable for 5 years, then I'll give 5 stars.

I will be making a new account at another institution and moving my funds there until this application is functional again. I use a oneplus 3T and every attempt I make to login, I get what APPEARs to be a loading bar that says "loading accounts". Yet, when the loading bar shows the operation is complete, nothing happens... The screen doesn't change at all. I refuse to uninstall and reinstall this application every time I need to use it. When this application is fixed, I will return my funds back to my account.

This app is supposed to make mobile banking easier but it doesn't. Be prepared to never take your finger off the screen if you need to scroll thru your transactions. Otherwise, the side menu will pop open and revert you back to the top.

The app is a pain, every time you turn around it is not working. I have been trying for two days to log in and it only goes to the point of saying loading accounts. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled but to no avail. It seems every time I really need to get in I cannot for some reason.

Extremely slow loading every time

This new update never lets me log in. It reacts like Im putting in the wrong password almost everytime, but I know it is correct. This was a great App until its latest update. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it twice and it didnt fix the problem.

Very easy and convenient to use. I would highly recommend it to anyone who bank's with Navy Army.

the app gives you a never ending loading screen. I found uninstalling the app and reinstalling it fixes the problem. problem with that is that it happens again and uninstalling and reinstalling again works..

this is the worst banking app I have ever attempted to use. I couldn't figure out how to pay loan. it needs to be simple to use and I logged in only the one time because they want your login ID and your password and after that you still have to receive a call and provide a secure passcode each time and trying to keep dial pad open on phone long enough to select 1 for yes I want to hear my code and almost no time to close phone to get to bank screen to type it in because it says it only one time

I tried to open the app and it would crash before showing the splash screen. The icon is totally worthless. I had to go to the installation page to launch it.
