My experience was different than most of the other reviewers. It updates just fine and seems to work well on my phone. I'm uninstalling though because I'm at Iwakuni and it offers no support or resources for this base.

The two times it actually worked, it worked ok. The rest of the time its unusable. Will be uninstalling.

No downloading any of the content
The last version is crashing Everytime I open it. It loads the content and crashes. It doesn't even show anything just crashes. EDIT NEW VERSION: Still crashing.
I downloaded the app and open it to find it updating. It been stuck on 97% for ten mins.

Recommended! I would give it 5 stars if the they will fix the AM / PM in the events and stop "loading" sign every time I click the back button.
Completely unreliable! I uninstalled because evertime I tried to use it would not load or download PDFs. MWR needs to put some their money into updates to correct problems with the app!
