It was working well before the update. But now it doesn't open at all, since the app updated whenever I open it, got stuck on the welcome screen and phone hangs, then I have to shut it forcefully or restart my phone. Pathetic Update. Was working very well and smoothly before the update. Fix it ASAP

If You're watching a movie u can't chage screen orientation . U can only view in one direction . No option for fast seeking . Or to control brightness or volume . And sometimes u can't even login . Needs to fix these issues

I was told by nayatel Support team to buy Android smart tv and download this app and you don't need joybox. I bought TV with Android Smart TV model 11 but this app doesn't work on my TV because nayatel couldn't update their system on new model TV and now they are asking me to order joybox. This is pathetic beyond imagination and they need to upgrade their system regularly so that customer don't get such issues.

App only works when I connect to Nayatel's provided router. If I am connected to a WiFi extender, I cannot watch anything. This I feel is key information to share with customers.

Please update this app so that it can support full screen on smartphones(This issue is also not resolved btw).Edit: After the update the live tv function does not even work🥲.Edit no#2 The app interface is redesigned and now works better then before.Edit#3 The aspect ratio problem has been resolved

unable to play a movies as the quality is HD and bandwidth is minimal. unable to use the service. I pay thousands of rupees every month and unable to watch a single movie on mobile over wifi). Definitely a service designed by engineers, unable to see customer perspective.

I really liked the updated version of this app. Now you can chromecast movies & series on your smart tv/android box. You can also live stream 40 plus live channels available on joy app.

There used to be Chromecast support in this app for streaming movies /TV Shows that has been removed now. Kindly bring it back on priority.

I have given three star because it lack option for casting video to Chromecast like Netflix and YouTube. Old VOD setup had that option which why I am disappointed as well.

I think what Nayatel is doing is awesome. Though there is amazon prime but Nayatel is far ahead because Nayatel is providing best quality in major areas i-e, video, content and UI/UX also there packages are super affordable. With that HBO-MAX and Disney+ are expanding but they haven't come to Pakistan yet. So till then Nayatel have beaten rakuten, iqiyi, tamasha and many more. It's good that Nayatel is expanding into gaming industry but I would like to watch Seasons and Premium Dramas on it.

Excellent quality media. Now we can also install this app on Android TV. It's available on Google play for android tv.

App works fine on mobile.but on Android TV the display do not show full contents, half of the channels are gone and no VOD tab...plz solve User ID. aamirlife

I love this app because I use it from 21Mar2k20 now thats update makes me happy i am highly satisfied with this just one thing to improve is that vod and add the all channels witch is nayatel provide on his joybox tv thanks..❤️

It was fine before after update it goes to channels directly. VOD option is missing.

when you go to movie deyails window and comeback to home the recycleview doest not maintain the state and you have to scroll again where you left, also Media player need improvement, it should be like Netflix media player so you can set the movie to full screen.

I used to cast the previous app through Chromecast to my non android tv , after the update I'm unable to do that .

Just experienced NAYA TV APP ON ANDROID TV it's just stunning. Naya Tv must add other sports channel as well.

Unable to open the Application keeps on crashing.

EARLIER version was.free of any charges. WORKED with wifi through over web access. NEW one is paid with one month.free what a cheat by a brand of pakistan

Lacks the basics for such an app in these times. It's surprising that the developers didn't consider any memory feature, be it the last program you watched, let alone where you left it. Even after repeated suggestions they aren't bothered to make any amends. Nor are they willing to consider charging to be able to watch it other then their own network. So limiting the consumer, not wanting to improve and fairly late on updates.

The app still lacks And There should be an option of changing video resolution & Subtitles.

Needs option for faster playback, eg 0.5× or 2×, rotation isn't 90° anticlockwise, only clockwise

App logs me out on its own then doesn't allow me to log in again. What is this? Make your app reliable not just changing the UI. You are charging for it.
