Still gets locked up at log on. Goes to an information page and will not go to the log on page. Always updating before log on. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't fix it.
Haven't been able to use app for weeks tried everything keep getting error message very upsetting when you're needing to do banking and error message appears

Worked great until you updated the mobile banking over the weekend. Now this: would love to send you a screen shot of what's going on. Not too happy right now.
The deposit function needs to utilize the flash from the phone

The last step needs work. I have to retake picture of front and back too often "amount does not match".
Although the camera is better it still takes too many clicks to get what you want done. The phone is a powerful device use the phone's features to your benefit like autofocus
Doesn't show a running balance. I can't cross check any balance at any time except that particular moment.
Depositing a check is always a pain with this app. It takes approximately 5 to 10 times before it will accept an image of the front of the check. Then another 5 to 10 times before it will accept the back of the check image period. I do not have this problem with my other bank apps. Very frustrating and time consuming.
What is the point of Mobile Check Deposits when they don't even show up for a few days?? If I put a deposit in at the ATM, at least it acknowledges it as a pending deposit. The check I put in with the mobile app isn't showing up anywhere. Definitely not a good option if you are wanting the funds to be available right away.
This app hasn't had the greatest history until NBAZ decided it was time to update the application! This now works flawlessly on my Nexus 5 and I absolutely LOVE the mobile check depositing! This feature makes my life so much easier and more convenient! If you have had a bad experience with this app, it's time you try it over again!!!
Mobile apps are great, but NBA's apps are very slow - at least compared to other banks mobile apps. I would like to see the ability search a larger data range of tranactions. Perhaps this would slow it down even more, but only 30 days back is rather limiting. So if 30 days is max, then make that the default. But it allows a date beyond 30 days and then gives you an error. Then you have to start all over. Poor programming, in my book. But all in all it is OK, just very slow to respond to selections.
I can't remember the last time I handwrote a check thanks to this app.
Why does it keep failing?
Love this app! It makes banking so simple and effortless. The mobile check deposit is such an awesome idea and it saves me a trip which in turn saves me time and money. I am super happy with NBAZ's mobile app!
