Still gets locked up at log on. Goes to an information page and will not go to the log on page. Always updating before log on. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't fix it.

Depositing a check is always a pain with this app. It takes approximately 5 to 10 times before it will accept an image of the front of the check. Then another 5 to 10 times before it will accept the back of the check image period. I do not have this problem with my other bank apps. Very frustrating and time consuming.

What is the point of Mobile Check Deposits when they don't even show up for a few days?? If I put a deposit in at the ATM, at least it acknowledges it as a pending deposit. The check I put in with the mobile app isn't showing up anywhere. Definitely not a good option if you are wanting the funds to be available right away.

This app hasn't had the greatest history until NBAZ decided it was time to update the application! This now works flawlessly on my Nexus 5 and I absolutely LOVE the mobile check depositing! This feature makes my life so much easier and more convenient! If you have had a bad experience with this app, it's time you try it over again!!!

Mobile apps are great, but NBA's apps are very slow - at least compared to other banks mobile apps. I would like to see the ability search a larger data range of tranactions. Perhaps this would slow it down even more, but only 30 days back is rather limiting. So if 30 days is max, then make that the default. But it allows a date beyond 30 days and then gives you an error. Then you have to start all over. Poor programming, in my book. But all in all it is OK, just very slow to respond to selections.
