The app does not work for me anymore. Everytime I open it it says "failed to load" I have Uninstalled the app like 2 time already, on this phone I have had problems with other phones too. This needs to get fixed because I am sick of going in through my phone browser.

The mobile deposit should read better than it does. I have to take checks to the bank because the camera won't read like it should.

FINALLY! Now we can use Fingerprint Sensor! YES!!! This NBAZ app is much better than it used to be. Also, the camera function is way better and you can even use the camera flash. These are much appreciated upgrades and improvements!

Like the new app with the exception of two things..... 1.....miss the pin # for quick log on, especially when passwords are often misspelled on small phone keyboards. 2.....old app seemed to be easier to read first part of transaction to know where it was. This one you have to tap on it to get past all the numbers, and then it takes you back to the top of the list instead of where you left off. Other than those it's great thanks!

Extremely difficult to figure out. With help of comments found the "deposit" option on the "+" at the bottom of the app. Then I had to figure out to click the green checkmark to confirm to accept the check image(I thought the green checkmark was them saying the image was captured). Not user friendly at all. I tried using the back arrow to get back etc then the check image disappeared.

I only have one negative thing - I'm scroling down looking at my transactions. Once I click on something, on purpose or otherwise, it shows me info for that transaction. All's great til i exit that transaction. This is where i get so frustrated. The page starts all the way back at the top of the transactions, & I have to scroll again to where I was. Other than that, no other issues. until 9/8/21 Now i can't get app to open. some kind of error so i deleted app & reinstalled, still can't get in

They somehow managed to make the worst app, even more terrible. I have gotten the fingerprint unlock to work once in about 150 tries. I can no longer see what my recent transactions are on a credit card....really? What do you think a credit card is used for? I'm not parking money there long-term for my retirement! Recent transactions is literally the only info I need on a credit card and you can't provide that. Also seems to be showing loans as 'credit available' rather than 'outstanding balance

Was working, now completely unusable for making deposits (which is all I use it for). The problem is with the camera. You take the picture then the program makes it high contrast to the point the software can't read the check. This is something new as I've been using the program for over a year. What really is frustrating is that there is NO support email to contact them at so that's why it's such a low rating - don't want to spend a bunch of time on the phone so if this gets their attention, great. Would love a follow up on what to do. DOES ANYONE IN SUPPORT READ THESE REVIEWS?

The authentication process I had to do after the app updated was ridiculous, it wouldn't let me choose the mobile verification and made me use my email. It took forever for the email to send and by that point I thought I'd just try and resend it. The original email chose that moment to finally send, but because I had tried to resend it, the code was completely useless. I got a super vague "please wait a short time" message. Does that mean 10 minutes or an hour? Come on guys

This app is terrible it crashes alot and says the password is invalid although it is not, Update new app worked great for a few months now it won't load no matter how many times I uninstall completely and reinstall. I have other financial apps including a banking app where I have another account and I don't have any issues with those apps. Again this app is terrible!

Yeah, it's not usable. I can't log into my account through the application. ( When I know my credentials are correct) The only way I can access my account is through a desktop or an internet browser. This update simply doesn't work. In the past, (2016-2018) or before the update. It was a great app. I was able to manage my accounts easily. But now it just won't let me into my account.

Update: Much improved app! Everything is quick, clear and easy. Only suggestion: if there is only 1 account, don't make me choose that account to look at transactions. Just show me that account already! Could be more clear. Took 15 minutes to figure out you need to press the + button to find "task menu", not in any menu on any screen. Help menu was no help.

I have used this app for a long time now and what i can say is it's got the basics, but thats all, it lacks most of the features available on the website, and is very slow to be updated or fixed. Don't expect any of the bells and whistles other banking apps have.

I used to love my NB Mobile app, never had any problems with it. Now, "Mobile deposit failed!" is all I see when trying to deposit checks since the update in early July. I can check my balance over the phone, don't need an app for that. The mobile app is useless without the mobile deposit option.

I love the app, but it has been crashing lately & I have had to constantly uninstall and reinstall. Had to search to figure out how to do transfers, etc. Otherwise, it is an awesome tool.

My old app froze up the other day. Uninstalled it and noticed a new app. Tried to install the new app and its not recognizing my credentials. Called customer support and they couldn't fix it either. Able to get in through my computer....just not the phone app which really stinks.

It's been saying "network busy" and not functioning lately, not sure why but it probably needs another app that I recently disabled and it doesnt tell me what it needs. **update, they did fix this error when they said they did and the app works nice. Good features too

Is a great app. Have used for about 2 years. And have used this bank for 11+ years I just updated it and noticed all the bad reviews so I'm giving a good one from my experiences with the app it only has gone down twice since i have used it once for maybe 2 days and the other time was a little over 7 days but out of two years I think thats fantastic for someone like me who checks on their account multiple times a day. 720 out of 730 days working i would still say that beats other apps out there.
