Hard to access... It use to work great but now its gotten to the point I get error message to call a number. This app at one time was always right there. Now I have to reboot my phone or just keep hitting ok on the error message until it finally let's me use my password or finger print. It's really gotten unstable.. I have Galaxy Note 10+ I don't see where thats gotten to be a problem. It really does need someone to take a look at it and hopefully fix the problem.

Absolutely awful, it kicked my husband out multiple times woth no way to log back in or reset it. It keeps saying I don't have network connectivity, even though I have good wifi, service and mobile data. Ever since I downloaded the app i have had nothing but problems out of it

Purchased new Samsung Galaxy S22 installed app multiple times. Will not work. Called branch office and was informed that the phone is not compatible with app. Give me a break! Been a customer since 2005. Better do another update or you'll lose me.

Its a decent quick app. Makes doing simple stuff fast and easy. Wish I could do as much on the official wedsite. And also I wish I could have the same access to my credit card as with debit. With the varying bank department phone numbers were listed. Or contact stuff.

The app is straight garbage I have been trying to check my account balance for two days now and still can't... This isn't the first time I've had these issues this now makes the 5th time I have encountered this problem. Either it's fixed SOON or I will be taking my banking elsewhere!

The NB Mobile app use to work great. I was able to check our account without having to leave home. But now it does NOT work at all. The NB website doesn't work neither. I have to leave home, go to ATM to check our account. PLEASE FIX,. NB should also offer a number where people can call to check accounts anytime without having to talk with someone, especially since the app nor' website works!!

Very useful update from the older app. This version lets you set alerts that would be helpful in noticing if your card has been skimmed, as you can set an alert for maximum ATM transactions in a day and many other notifications. Will also allow deposits via a phone photo of a check.

Changed review from 5 stars to 1 star to hopefully get the dev's attention. The app has stopped working in the past few days/weeks. I can't log in anymore and now have to go through my phone's web browser, which is a hassle compared to how this app was before. I also no longer get the push notifications that I had set up prior to the app breaking.

The app used to be great until update. Now my app only works sometimes. I've uninstalled the app, reinstalled, still doesn't work and half the time won't let me in. I used to use it everyday, now it doesn't work.

I need this app while I'm out shopping to budget my purchases while I'm out and about, and I deposited money in it today that was in the account for sure bc I spent it but the app isn't showing me true balance of my account but it does show me my transactions at least. Love the app just have problem getting in my account with finger print more then expected and logging in all together. But so give 5 🌟 because everyone was nice and helped in a very fast manner @BlacksburgNB, and @RadfordNB but support made me go from call on Friday, called Sat. and told it was fixed only to go and pay for my lunch at my 12.5hr shifts job to denied! 🤦 I had to go all weekend without cash and access to my account for no reason at all and this has happened more then it should.

I also bank with First Citizens and i do everything from the app. Like set up payees Edit anything Pay by Zelle--etc Everything so much easier A lady at the branch bank in Radford told me i had to go to the web sute to do most everything. If i can do it from the app, i cant find how.
