Hasn't worked for about a week. I can log on online no problem, but the app says my password isn't right. Still an issue after I updated, and uninstalled/reinstalled! Please fix!
3 stars due to inconvenience. In order to view a different account, you have to delete application then reinstall and type in the information for the separate account. There should be an in-app option to log into a different account.
Buggy and tiresome. Each update brings new issues. Definitely the least usable application on my phone.
Should not have to re-enter info after mobile acct already set up !!!!
Buggy, "system error" shows up a lot when trying to open the app. Sunday and Monday are the worst days to use this app???

Constantly losing connection and glitching while it worked, now it no longer connects on my phone (Galaxy S I)
Works good, except how about an option to change accounts around for transferring money between accounts? It would be nice to either transfer from checking to savings, or vice versa
Why is it when I install this app, it shows up on my home screen spelled incorrectly. It's "Mobile" not "mobbile?" Finally correctly spelled. Now serving 5 stars!
This is a great app when it works. I continually get a "system error" message which makes this very frustrating.

Changes my questions on me everytime I try to log on. When i don't log on everyday it'll lock my account. Hating this app and bank right now.

They need all of the information on my phone. Why do they need access to who I've called, texted, my photos, etc. I'm checking my bank account and they do a background check through my phone?

App functions normally now. Seems moot now since NBT was bought out by First Midwest Bank. Their app looks like crap.
