Every dunk i do, someone is falling because I dunked on them. But in this game, that doesnt count as a contact dunk

2k stole my vc I bought a 10 dollar gift card bought 2k with it then bought a starter vc pack right. I start my first ever game and notice its slow. So i search online of how to make gameplay faster.So imagine my shock wen i reenter and im back at 0 vc. I know the game knows i just created an acc because it says we noticed a game was played. I try to reenter nothing. Worst game ever. Please give me a refund i just wasted 10 dollars.
