Everything is good, EXECPT when I play campaign mode, I finished one game successfully. As for the second game, It's really starting to aggregate me thatI can never finish the entire game. It always leave the game for some odd reason. It jumps back to my home screen. I go back to the game, but it starts me from the beginning of the game. What's the deal? 🤫🤔

Everytime I try to go on it, it ssys please wait and sends me back to the home screen. I unistalled it and reinstalled it and the same thing happened again. Othere then that, I've played the game before ut started this glitch, and it is amazing. You can unlock the teams through goals and challenges! The game itself is very easy to use and smooth. Gameplay is amazing! I would give 5 stars, but like I said, it wont let me open the app. Please fix this!!!!

I bought it while having a pixel, then bought a new phone and it crashes. It checks for a license each time before it crashes. I contacted EA and there's no specific assistance for Android. Instead there's a troubleshooting page which does not resolve the issue. It's a great game. However, I'm getting the impression there's easy consumer payment for the game with no actual support. The one star is for the latter.

Keeps crashing!!! Love the game but it crashes in the middle of play and you have to start all over. Super frustrating especially after pay so much for it. It is definitely one of the higher priced game to buy on play store. Youd think they could fix the issue. Please fix the crashing or at least refund my purchase.

It's actually a pretty enjoyable game, but in typical EA fashion, it got abandoned, despite the fact that many players, myself included, can no longer access the game. It crashes no matter how many times you try to open it. I have tried on two separate devices now and it crashes at the "checking license" prompt.

For a while I have been craving this - a callback to my high school days when this came out. Was thrilled to find it here. While it is awesome playing on veteran difficulty, turning it up to All-Star just makes the computer cheat so badly it's not fun at all. It would get 5 stars and I wouldn't be so mad at it if turning up the difficulty made the computer better. But when they just shove you down CONSTANTLY and hit half court buzzer beaters every time it's just not enjoyable.

The game play is fun, if you played nba jam when you were younger, you will enjoy. Where I am very frustrated is the game resetting all of the challenges I have won, which has happened 3 times. I've won thr classic championship multiple times, unlocked privileges like one shot fire, and after playing a few games all my earned challenges, and therefore privileges like one shot fire, get wiped out. INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING

The game is great. It's actually wonderful. But I purchased all the DLC and when I tried to restore my purchase it wasn't there. When I try to buy it again it won't let me. It says not activated through Google play. So now I'm at a lost. But the game is great no problems besides this small issue. (Edit March 27 2021) Game crashes now i cant even play. It loads then crashes please fix.

I never leave a review for anything, unless it is truly horrible, so that should tell you where this is heading. This App (& EA Sports) is GARBAGE. Nothing but constant crashes. I have a Samasung Note +10, updated software/firmware, fully loaded w/ graphics/tons of free memory/etc., no additional background apps running, & this stupid thing crashes EVERY TIME!!! Oh yeah, & the challeneges I managed to finish magically disappeared. Had to start them all over again. Update the App or REFUND me!

This game is amazing. But it only lasted for 2 days. I got it Wednesday, stopped working today, Friday. Everytime I launch, it just loads for a second, then it crashes. I cant even play it anymore. Paid 5 bucks for a game that only worked for 2 days. I want a refund, or I want this fixed. Do not get the game until this is fixed, because in the reviews, it seems everyone has this problem.

Should be free, the 5 dollars does not feel worth the experience of constant bs. Even on easy mode, the AI is programmed just to absolutely frustrate you in every manner. There is no guarantee you will make a shot, even when you perfect the timing for a specific character, as if the shot system is ran by RNG. Horrible game, thanks for ruining my childhood and allowing me to waste a perfect fine 5 dollar credit. Will never recommend.

The game has several challenges to unlock but it keeps deleting my progress in completing the challenges, making it impossible to complete some of them. The rest of the game is fine, though the rosters are not updated and the ratings are... questionable. But it's just the challenges being reset that gets it 1 *.

Fun game, good controls. Finally got it to work on my Pixel 2XL. Had to go into phone settings -apps -then NBA Jam and allow access to storage. Then the game was able to launch and run as normal. It seems the developers didn't update the game to prompt for access for the newer versions of Android.

So I had same issue as other users about this game not opening or shutting down immediately when opening it and I found out it may be due to a conflict with something in your device cause i factory reset my device and installed the game using a completely unused Gmail account and it works perfectly........so far anyway. It may work for you. Good luck.

FIXED!! After getting license issue for months, I went into settings/apps/NBA jam and under storage, cleared the cache. When I tried again, it loaded and reset the license and worked!!!!

The app will not run anymore. It says checking license and then shuts down. Has been this way for months. No updates, reinstalling did not work. Don't waste your time downloading this.

I LOVE this game but this app wont open. It ran fine for a while but once i got a new phone it just keeps going back to the home screen and gives an error message. Pixel 3a. 2-21-2020: I have tried to contact EA but I havent found an effective way to submit a complaint. 12-9-2020: IT WORKS NOW!!!

Graphics are great, the big drawback of this game is the terrible physics. It looks just like the original but in no way does it flow and play like it. Awkward movements and frustrating gameplay ruin a game with such promise.

It WAS a great game. Loved playing in on flights and downtime at work since you don't need an internet connection. Unfortunately it stopped working when I got a new phone. It says its checking licenses then automatically closes. Hope this bug gets fixed soon!

The only thing that would make it better is if I could used a bluetooth controller. I have NES 8Bit Duo controller and it can navigate my Android homescreen so there is no reason it wouldn't work for this game. Otherwise not bad on a Blackberry Key2.

This game is really fun until you get about 5 games into the tournament then it is literally impossible to win. EVERY single shot is either missed, blocked, or you get the ball stolen from you. I was hitting 3s most of the time up until game 5 then suddenly every shot is missed, you can't pass because it gets stolen EVERY time, you get knocked down every time. They block every dunk, they reject every shot even 2 pointers, and they are impossible to stop. The AI needs adjusted. I want money back

This used to be one of the most fun games on Android and growing up I loved it. However, it has been years and they still haven't touched the rosters despite updating the game from time to time. Updated rosters would instantly make this one of the best NBA games as the game play itself is very fun, there's only so much of 2015 Era rosters one can take.

I updated my phone and the app transferred over but wouldn't load on the new phone. I uninstalled it and then reinstalled it. It loaded but my purchases and progress were gone. You can't connect to the store anymore. It was fun but it's not being maintained.

When I bought this I would have given it 6 stars, if possible. Now, I'm having the same issues as almost everyone on here. It gets to the main screen, checks the license and shuts off.

Dear EA Sports, I enjoy the game and it brings back some old memories playing on Super Nintendo, but please update the rosters!! If I knew the rosters were as outdated as they are, I wouldn't even purchased this game! Still a fun game despite old rosters. An update would be nice! Or better yet, the ability to edit the players & teams and everyone can fix their own rosters. Thanks!

How do I get a refund ? because it won't let me even open the game. so I don't won't waste money something, I can't play not a happy customer ! Update! 9-10-21 ~ NBA JAM is finally working and im able to actually, be able to play what i paid for. The visual and controls are decent for a mobile game it has that classic old school NBA JAM vibe. Brings backs memories. With up date I give 5 stars great game worth the 5 bucks.

Dope Game! but once I updated my phone, like several other reviewers are stating, it crashes. I love the gameplay. I dont even mind the outdated rosters. My inability to load the game at all though is unacceptable! please fix. this wasnt a FREE game. I paid to play, I wanna play.

All my 6 yo wants to do is play multiplayer with me on two separate devices. We were able to do it the first time we tried, but it hasn't worked since even though we are on the same network. So frustrating! Get this fixed and it'll get more stars.
