Super glitchy app, never really works right. Its a headache to load and get picks in. Thought that maybe by now they would have fixed the blatant issues but still no improvement.....and since the last update on 05/18/22 its only gotten worse

Can no longer play baseball. Lettering is so big on some contests that I can't read the options. Bad very bad! Ok my bad. So if I adjusted my setting. Everything's back to normal. I'll upgrade my star rating to 4 and one half. Thank You.

App no longer loads.. The app worked fine until this mornings latest android update offered by Verizon. Uninstalled and reinstalled, but the app freezes on the splash screen.

I don't care about an account with Pointsbet. I wish it would stop coming up, when I swipe past it. Also it would be nice to see what there asking. Instead of Warriors with a bunch of number ranges. Try limiting the number of game choices.

I like the app! Gives you a shot at money if you pick well. When I did have an issue I got prompt help that led to fixing the problem, so good customer service on top of a good app 👍

So I contacted you through my email on file via the countless emails you send to my email, Anywho all of a sudden, I get logged out, ok cool, go to log back in and it says email not valid, Which if it's not valid how are you sending me emails 🤷🏽‍♂️ I did recently win a massive 68 cents and total of 1.59 since using this app, which I enjoy, so I'm just curious is that why, maybe you're that cheap 🙄 I sent screenshots in my email, So until fixed 1 star⭐ rating from me 🤷🏽‍♂️😑 Ok fixed 3 ⭐

Was great before I did android 12. New update wouldn't install. So I uninstalled the app. Now I can't install again. They need to fix it to work with Android 12. Hey NBC fix your app. (Update on review. Everything works golden now)

This is an easy to use app which gives you a chance to win real money just for answering questions for each event. The only issue with the app I have experienced is it locks up closer to the start of the event. To eliminate this issue you should make sure to pick at least 30min prior to start of event. Overall it makes the events more enjoyable especially if its a blow out early.

Everything works great except for withdrawing money. I've tried to withdraw three different times into my PayPal account and nothing ever showed up. I emailed customer service and got no response.

I tried to log on and it tells me I need the latest version but when I try to update it, it says I already have the updated version. This is really inconvenient as I log onto this app regularly.

It's fun and also challenging to play against friends and the other competitors. I love the inclusion of English Premier League also.

There is way too many notifications pushed on you, especially for sports that I don't even follow. There's no settings to change notifications. There's a lot of stuff that's not in this app that would make it so much better. Allow users to choose what sports to follow and what notifications they want. It needs a lot of work. I only follow the NFL but I'm getting the NBA, Soccer, etc.

Remove that stupid golf contest. How do you expect people to wake up by 5am to make selection. Everything is locked before you even remember to go back there. We used to make one time picks and move on. Whomever came up with this idea is ridiculous!! I got into full time watching golf because of the golf contest last season. I had to study the players more. If pga wants a contest then they should create their own app and let nbc go back to the way it was.

This app was just updated on May 22, 2022 and now you want it updated again. I'm not able to update again this soon. Have to give you 3 stars

I have won $ several times. It is interesting and someone that really knows about current sports could win alot of money.

Love it! So much fun, straight forward and literally anyone could play. One things is you have to update it often so put on your auto update list or make sure you give yourself ample time before the contests go off. I've missed a few for last minute updates! ;) Good Luck!!!

Love this App! But an hour or so before game time the App freezes horribly so, to the point that I am not able complete my answers with 40 mins left before start of game. Missed a few entries. Drives me nuts! Pls fix.

Stop triggering the notification pop up each time I return to the app! I get maybe showing it each time I open, but not each time I jump back to the app. It's ridiculous.

Once you turn off the notifications it's a pretty fun app. If you don't turn them off you will be bombarded with frustrating reminders about stuff you may have already entered or have no interest in.

Having trouble getting back into the game keeps telling me I need to update on Android. But no update available in app store.

Love this app, I signed up week 1 of the NFL. Been super close on winning a few. I went from playing just NFL to golf, soccer basketball, hockey hell I'd participate in prediction of shuffle board if they had it!! Never had a problem with sign in or updating. Only think I would change is my points if I could. They would be hella cool! Roll m'fn Tide

Too many push notifications. Hardly ever loads in on the first try.

This app is fun and l guess on the sports l don't know about and l have won money, the most l have won was $54 cash in to my PayPal.

UPDATE: Not allowing to log in by freezing up. I cleared the cache. Any suggestions ( before it gets somehow worse ). Absolutely ruined the golf portion of this app! The fact that you have to pick daily once the tournament starts is the overripe cherry on top of this pile of dung that hopes you accidentally click your way to the betting site.

Picks want saved. Locks up and updates take forever.

Always when Some $ Every YEA Not much but I win a few dollars. The Problem Though 8s Getting The $$ I Won. Last year in 2021, I Faought the App for 9months Trying to get my Wins of a couple of Dollar's Just like This Year And Trying to get any Amount of $ I Won is Almost Impossible, Took Almost A Year to get $2.70 That I Won transfer into my bank Account And App had All my Banking info Terrible to Win $ And Catch He'll Trying to get my $$ I Won. I've Already Won $2.+$'S. WAITING FOR MY $$

Was great until poof right out of no where my app signs me out and is now saying I don't have an account yet. Even though I have been using the app for months. And there is no where that I can find on the website where I can find a way to contact customer service.

Enjoy immensely. Intuitive, easy to use. Games are unique (to me). Nice variety of sports. Free to play with a chance to win cash. Payout for a win is fast. Only one minor complaint. In every instance the first attempt to open the app fails (screen freezes). Closing & re-opening always works fine. Happens for me on multiple Android devices. Kinda' annoying & is the only reason I don't give a full 5 stars. I can easily recommend the app to those interested in this form of entertainment.

The app is cool, but it doesn't give you very much ability to pick a different driver other than the 4 that show up for the 1st & 2nd stages like you can on the final 3rd stage. On the final stage, you can pick more drivers if you don't like what is pre showing, but you can't do that for the 1st or 2nd stages!! That's not to fair!! This is for the nascar portion. I don't watch golf or other sports, just nascar!!
